• Personal Cruise Assistant  will find a perfect gulet for you and help you select appropriate itinerary
• The concierge Assistant will  plan all details regarding your cruise 1 month before the start of your cruise (food, drinks, transfers, detailed itinerary, excursions, celebrations, allergies…)
• Local Representative  is there for you 24/7 during the entire cruise in case you need any additional support (restaurant reservations, excursions, communication with the crew – phone support).

Charter price includes yacht rental and crew. 

For food ,  beverages , fuel, and port taxes, VAT is charged extra. Port taxes are paid according to itinerary and usage.

A.P.A. – 35% of the charter price/week (Advance Provisioning Allowance) to cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for the main engine and generators; fuel for tender and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbor charges including pilots ’fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities, charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; shipping agents’ fees where applicable; Charter Party personal laundry; Charter Party communications and internet use; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request, shoreside transport and excursions, national park entrances and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included.

Accommodation Information

Gulet features lots of seating area on the deck and a Jacuzzi on the sundeck. There is also a swim platform that allows easy access to the sea. Seabob is a new feature among the watersports onboard.  The salon is equipped with panoramic windows that allow more daylight.

Gulet Alessandro I, is specially designed to give splendid pleasure to choosy yacht renters and to offer a relaxing atmosphere to cruise in Croatia. He is a 40 meters wooden crewed yacht that launched in 2011. She is designed for luxury private crewed yacht charters with modern and large cabins, saloon, and deck. He has 4 master cabin with french bed, 1 twin cabin with 2 single beds is offering spacious accommodation up to 10 people. In each cabin, including separately placed shower unit, it has its own private shower and toilet. All the yacht, including the cabins, are air-conditioned. 24 hours of air-conditioning fully water sports facilities are on board.

The boat’s saloon is very spacious and comfortable, with a surface of 52m2, has large windows, wooden dining table, 2 luxury sets of soft seating and a boat bar. The deck of this luxury sailing yacht provides ample deck space for outside relaxation and enjoyment. The aft deck offers dining area with large cushioned sitting area and dining table of an elegant design. On the foredeck is a luxury seating area with cocktail table, sun mattresses and Jacuzzi. Charter price includes

The crew (specified above), water, electricity, clean bed linen, clean shower and sunbathing towels (changed at least twice a week), a free welcome drink, fuel for 4 hours cruising a day (which is usually more than enough), Wi-Fi Internet connection, personal injury insurance while on the boat, and free use of onboard equipment specified above.

Charter price doesn't include

Harbour fees (see above for estimate of cost, which can be reduced by anchoring outside the ports on some nights), meals & other drinks aboard (specified above), transfers between the airport and boat, National Park entrance fees and tips to the crew.

Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a percentage of the charter price to be paid in advance to cover your expenses during the cruise, such as meals, drinks, harbour fees, etc. The APA is held on account on your behalf and at the end of the week the total of all your expenses will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to you (it does not include tips to the crew, which need to be paid separately). Not all boats ask for an APA (see above) but ask for meals and all-inclusive drinks to be paid on arrival and harbour fees to be paid locally as you arrive in each port.

The boats' charter season is usually from the beginning of May to the end of October and this is usually divided into 3 price periods, with Low Season usually comprising May & October, Mid Season usually comprising June & September, and High Season usually comprising July & August. Some boats, however, can have as few as 2 different pricing periods and some as many as 4 or even 5, and the dates for these can vary, so if you are confused, which is understandable, please don't hesitate to

Her owners are very experienced in the gulet charter market and the yacht is maintained to the highest possible standards. Alessandro can accommodate up to 10 guests, in her 5 very luxurious cabin suites. Configured as 1 VIP, 3 double master suites and 2 twin suites. Not only are these cabins very large and spacious, they are beautifully fitted out with everything you could possibly need. The salon is also very spacious with state of the art entertainment systems and comfortable sitting areas.

Mandatory Extras: A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance)

30% of Charter Fee/week to cover following costs, but not limited to: fuel for the main engine and generators; fuel for cruising; fuel for tender and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbor charges including pilots ’fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities, charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; shipping agents’ fees where applicable; Charter Party personal laundry; Charter Party communications and internet use; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request, shoreside transport and excursions, national park entrances and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included.

A.P.A is paid by the Client in addition to the charter fee for all relevant costs for the vessel that are not included in the charter fee.

If A.P.A does not cover complete costs, the Client will pay exceeding the amount on board in cash.

If costs made on charter are less than the amount is given as A.P.A, the amount that was not spent will be returned to the Client at the end of the voyage.

Once on board this beautiful boat, most of your time you will be spending outside on the boat’s deck. Deck of this luxury sailing yacht provides ample deck space for outside relaxation and enjoyment. The aft deck offers dining area with large cushioned sitting area and dining table of an elegant as well as practical design. On the fore deck is a luxury seating area with cocktail table, sun mattresses and jacuzzi tub with hot water and lights. Fly bridge offers another comfortable seating area with sun mattresses. Light blankets for night cocktails on deck are at guests disposal.

Accommodation:

Gulet Alessandro 1 provides the luxury and the very comfortable accommodation for 10 guests in 5 luxuriously appointed and spacious cabins. The guests will have a total of 4 double bed cabins and 1 twin bed cabin at their disposal. The master suite is the most spacious cabin on board with the surface of 28.7 m2 with ensuite bathroom with shower box and home type toilet.  Master cabin has a large king size double bed, safe box, minibar, TV, DVD and plenty of storage cabinets. Other 3 double cabins are very similar in size (13.00 m2) and design and also have a large king size bed, TV and DVD. The twin bed cabin is slightly smaller with the surface of 8.30 m2.

All cabins are fully air conditioned with unlimited usage of air condition 24 hours per day. Air condition can be manually controlled in each cabin. Bed linen can be changed twice per week. Cabins are cleaned every day. Laundry service is available on request.

All cabins have en-suite bathrooms with shower box and home type toilet. In each bathroom you will find hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers. Guests will also have on their disposal 1 face towel, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel and 2 beach towels per person daily.

Luxury cosmetic line L’Occitane: hair shampoo and regenerator, body shampoo and lotion is on guest’s disposal in each bathroom. Sun protecting lotion Avene also on guest’s disposal.

Why charter a motorsailer or a gulet.

Originally built for commercial purposes cruising vessels have changed from their previous purpose and style, improving safety and comfort in all aspects, luxuriously designed especially for charter and blue cruise holidays. Their large, uncluttered decks are ideal for sunbathing and dining. They have implanted all modern navigation systems for safe cruising, have superior seagoing quality and are very comfortable. They offer large living areas, wide sundecks, spacious cabins (mostly with double beds) which comprise toilets with showers, sundecks with furnished lounge areas and a variety of water toys like water skis, windsurf, kayak, snorkelling equipment or even ski jets on bigger ones.

The maximum cruising time is usually 3-4 hours per day; this way you have enough time to get acquainted with the magnificent Croatian coast and enjoy the sun and the sea. If deck sunbathing or swimming in the clear waters is not enough, you can always use the onboard water equipment like windsurf, snorkel or water-ski (exact equipment varies depending on the vessel). Dinner and lunch are usually served outdoors, on a large table on the aft deck. In most cases in the evening, these boats anchor in a port of a coast town selected according to your preferences and you can spend your time exploring the old town cores and dining in one of many splendid restaurants.
