She features a 6-cabin layout with a spacious master cabin located forward on the main deck with a custom layout that features a large walk-in closet, and his & hers bath complete with shower & tub. Down below in the guest accommodations, you have 5 additional cabins. The upper deck features a sky lounge with a custom bar, lounge area/movie room, captain’s cabin, and wheelhouse which has an upgraded Garmin navigation package. Crew accommodations are fantastic onboard and sleep up to 8 crew. Lower level has 3 en-suite bunk cabins each sleeping 2, a crew mess, and an expansive laundry facility with 4 full-size washers/dryers and an extra single crew berth with a full ensuite facility. There are also additional refrigerator/freezer spaces for extensive provisioning. 37XP-08 also features upgraded IMO TIER III engines- 900hp Man Upgraded Engines, US Spec'd Vessel- 60hz, spot zero, larger capacity water maker, StarLink, and upgraded Garmin monitors at both helm stations. The interior décor is comprised of neutral colors, earth tones, beautiful hardwood floors, and a wine storage display case. All of the marbles are custom chosen by the owner’s team in chocolate and copper/brown tones. 37XP-08 is in the water completing sea trials and is scheduled to be delivered in the coming months. We already have serious interest in this beautiful global explorer so please inquire for more details. Inside, the ROCK.IT yacht for sale features a vast owner’s suite located on the main deck that boasts a his-and-hers en suite and dressing rooms. Performance & Range

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 5,300 nautical miles from her 126,000 litre fuel tanks at cruising speed. Rock.It features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels.

Equipped with a selection of water-toys Rock.It lets you and your guests turn the Mediterranean into your own private playground. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. Also there are six waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. In addition there are two SEABOBs providing agile cruising and diving. If that isn't enough Rock.It also features wakeboards, fishing equipment, scuba diving equipment, paddleboards and snorkelling equipment. When it comes to Tenders, Rock.It has you covered - with two tenders, including a 15.85m/52' Spencer Chase Tender.

Rock.It and her crew are available for charter this summer for cruising within the Mediterranean. She is already accepting bookings this winter for cruising in the Caribbean.

The 60.35 metre superyacht ROCK.IT launched from the Feadship yard in 2014, bringing an effortless style to the water thanks to exterior design from Sinot Yacht Design and engineering and architecture from De Voogt Naval Architects. A new wave of contemporary style with traditional comforts, ROCK.IT was designed and built for an experienced owner who made the leap from chartering Feadships, to creating thier own custom superyacht.

Fast, sleek and modern styling gives way to a cosy and expertly designed interior, also by Sinot Yacht Design, which accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 staterooms.  Dark precious woods and light stones are blended in a fantastically detailed classic modern interior. Splendidly spacious thanks to the full-beam throughout, crotched mahogany and striking diagonally veneered sycamore panelling create a very personal touch. Backlit pure White Onyx in combination with the most exquisite Portoro and other marbles elevate the interior to a higher level without losing its main purpose of being a true family yacht. But ROCK.IT is also a party boat when the time is right.

One of the most striking features is the skylight in the sun deck canopy, which dims automatically depending on the strength of the sunlight. This allows for an open feel while optimising comfort levels. The bespoke superyacht project features an innovative control and maneuvering system developed for naval applications, never before seen on a yacht. This allows ROCK.IT to keep her heading at anchor, hovering on the main engine and the thrusters. Optimal use of the various manoeuvring modes is made by means of a three-axis steering joystick with a rotational factor.

The exterior is laid with stunning teak decks that perfectly contrast the standard yacht’s white color with the black windows further adding to the aesthetics.

ROCK.IT has three bars and multiple outdoor spaces for lounging. She has a gorgeous sun deck and a jacuzzi.

Mike Lynch and daughter among six missing after yacht sinks: Everything we know so far about disaster off Sicily coast

One person is confirmed to have died after the British-flagged luxury vessel named Bayesian sank, with 22 people on board. Sky News looks at what we know about the tragedy.

British tech billionaire Mike Lynch and his daughter are among six people missing after a superyacht sank in a storm off the coast of Sicily - with one person confirmed to have died.

Twenty-two people were on board the vessel, with 15 rescued - including Britons Charlotte Golunski, 35, and her one-year-old daughter Sofia.

Four other Britons and two Americans remain missing, including Mr Lynch and his 18-year-old daughter Hannah, according to Italian media. The entrepreneur's wife was rescued.

Here's everything we know about the sinking of the luxury vessel so far.

What might have caused the sinking?

The British-flagged luxury vessel, named Bayesian, capsized at around 4.30am local time off Palermo, according to ship-tracking site Marine Traffic.

It sank with 22 people on board consisting of 12 passengers and a crew of 10, according to the Italian coastguard.

Waterspouts, essentially tornados which form over water, were seen as powerful winds battered the area overnight, local media said.

What are waterspouts?

Waterspouts typically occur during thunderstorms and can develop very rapidly, within minutes.

Their spin generally reaches wind speeds between 75-200mph, but can reach as high as 300mph.

They can travel at around 10-20mph typically but can reach greater speeds on occasions, making them difficult to avoid - especially in something as slow-moving as a yacht.

Matthew Schanck, chair of the Maritime Search and Rescue Council, called the reports of a tornado or waterspout "rare" and "quite alarming".

"The vessel was at anchor in a recognised anchorage," Mr Schanck said.

"Depending on wind direction and the state of the sea, this informs the captain whether it is a safe area to anchor or not. There was nothing that was too concerning, for my eye. All in all, the captain used the information they had to make a safe call."

Who owns the yacht?

British tech tycoon Mike Lynch is among those missing.

The 59-year-old owner of the yacht is known as the "British Bill Gates" and has been in the headlines in recent months over a high-profile fraud case.

In June, a US jury cleared him of all charges , which were related to the sale of his software company Autonomy to Hewlett-Packard (HP) in 2011.

HP accused him of deliberately overstating the value of the company before it was acquired by the American technology firm.

Mr Lynch was extradited to the US to face trial in May last year and spent 13 months under house arrest in San Francisco as he awaited trial on 17 charges of conspiracy and wire fraud brought by the US Department of Justice - which were later reduced to 15 charges.

He always denied any wrongdoing and was acquitted.

Mr Lynch's wife Angela Bacares is confirmed to be among those rescued.

Who was on board when the boat sank?

The vessel had passengers from Britain, America and Canada, the Italian coastguard said.

Most of those on board the yacht were British, Italian news outlets have reported, claiming the other people were from New Zealand, Sri Lanka and Ireland and British-French citizens.

Charlotte Golunski was among the Britons rescued. Her LinkedIn profile says she is a partner at Mr Lynch's firm Invoke Capital and has worked there since 2012.

Speaking after the ordeal, Ms Golunski told Italian media that she lost her daughter Sofia for "two seconds" amid the "fury" of the sea but was able to retrieve her.

She said she held the infant above the waves until the lifeboat was ready.

"Many people screamed. Luckily the lifeboat inflated and 11 of us were able to get on board," she told ANSA.

The girl's father James Emsley also survived, according to Sicily's civil protection agency.

Before working at Invoke Capital, Ms Golunski worked at Hewlett Packard for 11 months and studied history at the University of Oxford.

Eight of those rescued were transferred to local hospitals and all were in stable condition, local media reported.

During rescue efforts, divers saw "corpses through the portholes" of the wreck as they recovered the body of a man at a depth of 50m (164ft), according to Salvo Cocina, the head of the Civil Protection of Sicily.

Considering the size of the vessel, authorities would have been alerted about the emergency quickly, Mr Schanck said.

He said the time of the incident would have made the search and rescue operation difficult.

"Visibility [would have been hampered] with it being night time or early morning," he said. "Given the fact most people on board would have been asleep down below, the ability for them to get out to safety could have been challenging, especially if the incident unfolded quickly."

What do we know about the vessel?

The Bayesian was known for its unusual 75m (246ft) single mast - one of the world's tallest made of aluminium.

The yacht's name resonates with Mr Lynch because the software that made his fortune was based on a statistical method known as Bayesian inference - based on an 18th century theory, that helps forecasters predict outcomes more reliably.

The yacht was built by Italian company Perini Navi in 2008 and was last refitted in 2020.

It was listed for rent for up to €195,000 (£166,000) a week, according to online charter sites.

The luxury vessel, which was managed by yachting company Camper & Nicholsons, can accommodate up to 12 guests in six suites.

It won a string of awards for its design, according to online specialist yacht sites.

Mr Schanck said the vessel would have been equipped with "high standard" life-saving appliances and radio communications. He added the yacht would have met all international standards and UK maritime coastguard agency regulations before its voyage.

The boat left the Sicilian port of Milazzo on 14 August and was last tracked east of Palermo on Sunday evening, with a navigation status of "at anchor", according to vessel tracking site VesselFinder.

The Bayesian previously travelled to other parts of Sicily before its last sighting off the coast of the port of Porticello.

On Sunday, the boat was seen off the coast of Cefalu before it travelled towards Porticello, MarineTraffic data shows.

In the days before, the yacht travelled around four of the Aeolian islands, just north of Sicily.

It was previously named Salute, or "health" in Italian, when it flew under a Dutch flag. Its minimalist interior featured light wood with Japanese accents designed by the French designer Remi Tessier, according to descriptions on charter sites.

Out front, a full RV hook-up turns the 2018 Keystone Sprinter 26RB camper into a possible six-bed expansion to the house. Kew described the bundled assets as an “all-in-one” bonus for buyers unwilling to incur the extra time and expense to make over a possible second home.

Located five miles north of Dexter, Iowa, and seven from I-80, the house could also be used as a year-round primary residence, a common choice among other lakeside residents, and is equipped with two furnaces and two central air units for all-season comfort. Elementary, middle and high schools in the West Central Valley school district are situated less than five miles from the home.

Inside the double front doors, the open-plan tribute to log-pine style features wood beams and a gabled ceiling, a large kitchen with two islands, and a wood-burning fireplace.

The primary bedroom and an additional bedroom are found on the main floor, with two more bedrooms added to the lower level. The basement bathrooms have both been upgraded with walk-in showers and saunas.

The wide-open lower space includes a second fireplace and easy access to the lake, plus a second kitchen updated with appliances, living room seating, stools and a poker table. “You get the pool table, all of it,” Kew added.

Outdoor lounging can be savored on the covered upper level, or downstairs facing the edge of the lake.

Considering the type of buyer who might be interested in this type of property, Kew was doubtful the size was suitable for a single owner or couple.

“I think it's going to be someone that's looking for an escape. Three or four kids. Or maybe kids and grandkids. Live inside the city. Work a lot. Don't have time to drive to Clear Lake or Lake Panorama. And thinks ‘let’s buy this, the whole family can stay on Friday night, Saturday, and then I'm back to work,’” he said.

Sicily yacht capsize: kiwis on board luxury boat that sank.

Two New Zealanders were on board a luxury yacht that has sunk off the Sicilian capital Palermo in Italy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade says.

One person died and six people are missing.

Ayla Ronald, a New Zealander working in London as a lawyer survived the capsizing, her father Lin Ronald has confirmed.

MFAT has also confirmed a second New Zealander was on board.

However, a spokesperson said there was no reason to believe the New Zealanders are among the missing.

The embassy in Rome was providing consular assistance.

The missing include UK tech entrepreneur Mike Lynch and his daughter.

Lin Ronald told RNZ his daughter was alive and well, but shaken.

His daughter has been working in London at one of the UK's top law firms, Clifford Chance.

He confirmed Wall Street Journal reports she had worked on Lynch's long-running fraud case in the US over the sale of his company to Hewlett Packard.

The yacht trip was to celebrate Lynch's legal win in the wake of serious charges, including fraud.

Regarding the yacht sinking, Lin Ronald said it was "a very unusual very rapid incident which is very sad for all involved".

The luxury yacht was struck by an unexpectedly violent storm and sank off Sicily early on Monday (local time).

The British-flagged Bayesian , a 56-metre-long sailboat, was carrying 22 people and was anchored just off shore near the port of Porticello when it was hit by ferocious weather, the Italian coast guard said in a statement.

Eyewitnesses said the yacht vanished quickly beneath the waves shortly before dawn. Fifteen people escaped before it went down, including Lynch's wife, Angela Bacares, who owned the boat, and a one-year-old girl.

The names of the dead and missing were not immediately released, but a person familiar with the rescue operation confirmed that Lynch and his 18-year-old daughter, Hannah, were not accounted for.

Salvatore Cocina, head of the Civil Protection in Sicily said Jonathan Bloomer, chairman of Morgan Stanley International and Chris Morvillo, a lawyer at Clifford Chance were also among the missing people.

Italian media said the dead man was the yacht's onboard chef.

The Italian coast guard said the missing had British, American and Canadian nationalities. Survivors said the trip had been organised by Lynch for his work colleagues.

"The wind was very strong. Bad weather was expected, but not of this magnitude," a coast guard official in the Sicilian capital Palermo told Reuters.

The captain of a nearby boat told Reuters that when the winds surged, he had turned on the engine to keep control of his vessel and avoid a collision with the Bayesian , which had been anchored alongside him.

"We managed to keep the ship in position and after the storm was over, we noticed that the ship behind us was gone," Karsten Borner told journalists. The other boat "went flat on the water, and then down," he added.

He said his crew then found some of the survivors on a life raft - including a baby girl and her mother - and took them on board before the coast guard picked them up.

Divers inspect wreck

The coast guard said divers were inspecting the wreck of the Bayesian , which was lying at a depth of 49 metres.

Prosecutors in the nearby town of Termini Imerese have opened an investigation to look into what had gone wrong.

Storms and heavy rainfall have swept down Italy in recent days after weeks of scorching heat, which had lifted the temperature of the Mediterranean sea to record levels, raising the risk of extreme weather conditions, experts said.

"The sea surface temperature around Sicily was around 30 degrees Celsius (86 Fahrenheit), which is almost 3 degrees more than normal. This creates an enormous source of energy that contributes to these storms," said meteorologist Luca Mercalli.

"We can't say that this is all due to global warming but we can say that it has an amplifying effect," he told Reuters.

The Bayesian was built by Italian shipbuilder Perini in 2008 and was last refitted in 2020. Its 75-metre mast is the tallest aluminium mast in the world, Perini said on its website.

The shipspotting.com website said the boat was owned by a firm called Revtom Limited. Lynch's wife Bacares is named as the sole shareholder of the firm on company documents.

The yacht's name would resonate with Lynch because his PhD thesis and the software that made his fortune was based on Bayesian theory.

The ship won a string of awards for its design and can accommodate up to 12 guests in six suites and a crew of 10, according to online specialist yacht sites.

The boat left the Sicilian port of Milazzo on 14 August and was last tracked east of Palermo on Sunday evening, with a navigation status of "at anchor", according to vessel tracking app Vesselfinder.

Lynch defeated US fraud charges

Lynch spent more than a decade building Britain's biggest software company and then almost as long again fighting fraud charges related to its multi-billion pound sale.

Lynch founded Autonomy from his ground-breaking research at Cambridge University in 1996, and was lauded by shareholders, scientists and politicians when he sold it to Hewlett-Packard for $US11 billion ($NZ18b) 15 years later.

But in late 2012, HP stunned Wall Street and the City of London by alleging a massive accounting scandal at the business, and writing off $8.8b of its value.

Lynch, known for an abrasive intellectual charm, said HP did not know what it was doing with Autonomy, which searched and organised data using patented algorithms based on a mathematics developed in the 18th century by Reverend Thomas Bayes.

He spent the next 12 years in courts trying to clear his name, locked in some of the biggest legal battles in corporate history.

HP pursued Lynch in London's High Court for $5b. It won most of its case in 2022 and is still awaiting the award of damages.

The judge found that Lynch and another colleague had fraudulently concealed a "fire sale" of hardware and engaged in convoluted reselling schemes to mask a shortfall in sales of Autonomy's software, the business HP coveted.

US authorities filed criminal charges including wire fraud and conspiracy against Lynch and sought his extradition.

The British government came under pressure from Lynch's supporters to block the application. If found guilty, Lynch could have faced decades in jail.

But the appeals failed, and Lynch took the stand in San Francisco in his own defence, where he denied wrongdoing and told jurors that HP had botched the integration of Autonomy.

He was acquitted on all charges and freed after a year under house arrest. Lynch said he was "elated".

"I am looking forward to returning to the UK and getting back to what I love most: my family and innovating in my field," he said.

A person familiar with the rescue effort said Lynch and his wife, Angela Bacares, were on the 56-metre long British-registered Bayesian sailboat when it was struck by an unexpectedly violent storm and sank off the Sicilian capital Palermo early on Monday.

The yacht was owned by Lynch's family and had 22 people on board when it sank just before sunrise.

Lynch was born in 1965 and was raised in Chelmsford near London where his mother was a nurse and his father a fireman. He said his parents instilled in him an appreciation of the value of education.

At Cambridge University, he studied physics, mathematics and biochemistry, and went on to research signal processing for his doctorate. His thesis is still one of the most widely consulted in the university's library, reports have said.

In 1996, Lynch founded Autonomy which searched and organised complex data such as emails, phones calls and video.

Lynch, who has a herd of rare breed cattle on his estate in Suffolk, East England, used some of the proceeds of the sale of Autonomy to set up venture capital firm Invoke.

It was a major backer of Darktrace, a British cyber security company that US firm Thoma Bravo agreed to buy for $5.32 billion in cash in April.

“Happy 81st Bday to my Dad and #1 ride or die,” she captioned the Instagram post . “Love you with all my ♥️♥️♥️ #BobbyD forever ✨👑.”

In the video, the shirtless “Goodfellas” actor jumped off a yacht into the ocean, wearing only a pair of red-and-blue striped Vilebrequin swim shorts .

Though Robert dived head first, he ended up hitting the water on his back.

“He’s so crazy. Oh my God. Oh my God. Are you alright?” Drena, 56, asked her father once he resurfaced in the water.

The dad of seven replied, “I’m OK.”

Drena then told Robert he was “sick” and “crazy” for the epic leap.

The actress asked a yacht employee how many feet her father jumped from, to which they responded, “36 feet.”

Drena’s comments section was flooded with birthday wishes for the legendary actor.

“HBD to 1 of 1, New York’s finest.🏛️🥂,” wrote one user.

“Happy Birthday To The Best Actor In The World❤️,” added another.

“A Happy Birthday to the best actor of all Time, for his 81st Birthday. And many more. From a very big fan ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” said as third person.

“Happy birthday to the OG!!!!! May we all look this good at this age! Godless,” said a fourth fan.

In the Instagram carousel, Drena, whom Robert adopted during his marriage to Diahnne Abbott, shared a throwback photo of her late son, Leandro, and the “Irishman” star.

In July 2023, Drena announced that her son, whom she shared with graffiti artist Carlos Rodriguez, had died at age 19.

Leandro passed away from a “toxic” combination of illicit drugs , the New York City Medical Examiner told Page Six last August.

Following the news of his grandson’s death, Robert released a statement , saying he was “deeply distressed.”
