The Southern Belle Riverboat started out with a simple vision, give a great guest experience of Chattanooga, show everyone the beauty of the river, and give everyone a different perspective of the city of Chattanooga. If you know about us, you know that message is still the same, the boat crew at The Southern Belle Riverboat still strives to give our very valued guest a great cruise, great service, and a great experience.

We are proud to say we cruise year-round and carry well over 100,000 passengers per year! The Southern Belle Riverboat has daily sightseeing cruises, lunch cruises, and dinner cruises as well as private charters! The Company has expanded into 2 vessels, a grand banquet hall on the 2nd deck of our dockside vessel, and a full-service restaurant above that!

Our goal is to not only serve the awesome locals and visitors of Chattanooga but to bring that joy to other cities across this nation!

The Southern Belle Riverboat is one of the top attractions in Chattanooga, has fantastic Chattanooga weddings, and is still the only way to have sightseeing cruises, lunch cruises, and dinner cruises while cruising down the TN River and enjoying picture-perfect views of Lookout Mountain and all the beautiful nature this great city has to offer!

Its looks are deceiving! It's a very chill place, family, and pet friendly.The inside is welcoming with an old time feel bar but more modern. The service was good and attentive to people coming in and leaving. I didn't have a chance to try the food since the kitchen was closing but the beer is good. I had the flight with Lord of The Plains (not the greats dunkel but enjoyable), Waxahachie Pils (light and easy to drink), Waiawi Sour (surprisingly good with nice tart taste, if you like sours this is one to try) and District 10 (nice ipa that gets better after each sip).

*** this is not an issue with the food or service. We're Just leaving, with half of our table still waiting on wings. It took over an hour to get our food, and it was brought out 1 item at a time. We had 2 pizzas, 4 orders of wings. There was only one cook and one person at the bar/ register. The restaurant was full. People were playing the board games, watching tv and joking about the wait time. It's hard to staff any business, I understand. I felt bad for the 2 people working. They tried their best, Overall, we were there 1 hour and 40 minutes, and we had to get home while my parents waited on the last 2 orders of wings. Just 2 people working was unfair to everyone. It's a Wednesday night, maybe they aren't really busy on Wednesdays. It was packed tonight. The pizzas were so hot, all of the cheese slid off when we picked it up. But it was good. There were 5/6 tables waiting for food when we left. I hope the owners can get more help in the kitchen, cause it's a great spot. The two people working were apologetic, friendly, kept refills going, the cook even delivered the food with apologies and ETA updates. They just needed help. ** we'll give it another try! We'll always Support local, family owned businesses.

We are so sorry about your experience this evening. We did have a situation with staffing and then were unusually busy to top it off. I appreciate you acknowledging that the staff was apologetic, friendly, and communicated. They were doing the best they could under the extenuating circumstances and we are sorry that you all didn’t have the best experience. We are a small family owned business that pride ourselves on providing the best service we can and we again are so sorry that that expectation was not met tonight. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you all again soon.

So today was not the first time I've been here by a longshot, but I just realized I have not left a review. First and foremost the pizza here is phenomenal. The brew is good, but I'm not ready to say it's outstanding. We had a couple pints of the Gunslinger IPA and it is solid. Back to the pizza though... We had a large pepperoni and a large Gentleman's Dual and I have to say they may have been the best pizzas we have eaten and Waxahachie in the last 10 years.

Nice brewery. The original location is in Waco and this is their second location. Nice vibes, good selection of beer. They also have a food menu, mainly pizza which you can customise. They were pretty busy for a Saturday but only one bartender, they started off with two but one left at 1pm - which didn't seem to make sense. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Will be back.

Came here with wife and two kids. Not really a whole lot to do other than just sit and drink. They had a couple games but it would be cool if they had more games or activities. It sort of seems like they just opened. We tried three beers. - Gunfighter, Surfside and Acaí You Later. The Acai was very sour. Gave a pucker face haha The other two were really good!! Food seems good but we didn't eat so I can't say for sure. Compared to other breweries in Wax/Midlo/Cedar Hill area, I'd say it's average. Has potential but just needs more things to draw you in. I do like the inside look of the place. The wood walls, the long bar, like I said.. it's got a TON of potential. Just needs a little more.

First timer today... We had the Margherita Pizza, Gentleman's Duel Pizza, Potato Skins, and the Charcuterie Board ... everything was wonderful! Rack full of board games and playing cards for entertainment- we were there for lunch. Couple of craft brews were sampled before ordering - forget the names but they were excellent (bock & a blonde). Service/ordering is at the bar with food delivery to the table. Kid friendly with indoor and outdoor seating options. Off the beaten path but totally worth the trip. We will be back!

I have nothing but great things to say about this brewery. The staff was very kind and helpful when we were selecting beers for our beer flight. My husband and I each ordered beer flights- all were good. We also ordered the garlic knots (so good!) and two pizzas- the southern belle and the southern sow. Both pizzas had great flavor and were very filling. I appreciated that this was a family friendly establishment. Our son enjoyed playing some games that they had available.

They sell fresh pretzels and are pretty good they're pizza is terrific especially they're cheese pizza

My absolute favorite spot for pizza and wings! The Southern Bell is my goto. The sweetness of the honey combined with the savory Italian sausage is to die for. Love the atmosphere. Wish they carried non alcoholic beer for those who don't drink. Overall a wonderful experience.
