The latter features direct access to the exterior deck. The remaining accommodation includes two double cabins and two twin cabins, all four located on the lower deck.

Mondomarine built motor yacht ZALIV III is the first vessel launched from the well known Italian shipyard in 2011. Measuring 49.36m in length over all, this semi-displacement superyacht boasts exterior design by Giorgio Vafiadis and her interior was created by the Florentine designer Luca Dini.

ZALIV III yacht features a dark blue hull with a white superstructure. She has a contemporary minimalist interior with fine woods throughout, the use of incorporating elegant furniture and low lighting gives the vessel a fabulous sense of space.

ZALIV III offers plenty of exterior space on 3 decks; the main deck features a large shaded aft deck with comfortable seating on 3 cushioned settees with coffee tables, the upper deck offers many options for sunning and relaxing on the many comfortable seating choices and sunpads, the deck also includes a large Spa Pool and an alfresco dining option. While the second deck is reserved for the exclusivity of the master cabin and features a private seating area.

She offers SPA treatments to all charter guests, each of them is a totally caring and luxurious experience. By taking a holistic approach, the treatments are offered as much for the inner-self and mind as for face and body. ZALIV III can accommodate 12 guests in 6 luxurious cabins. The master cabin is on the upper deck and boasts private access to the exterior deck; the cabin is full beam of the yacht with a king size bed and features an owner’s salon and office, en-suite facilities with a Spa Pool tub, steam bath and spa room. The VIP cabin is located on the main deck and also is full beam of the yacht with a king size bed and includes a Spa Pool and steam bath. A further 2 queen size cabins and 2 twin cabins are on the main deck, all with en-suite facilities.

Zaliv III’s sleek Italian interior layout sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 rooms, including a master suite, She is also capable of carrying up to 11 crew members onboard to ensure you and your guests enjoy a luxury charter experience that is truly memorable, making use of the superyacht’s impressive amenities.

She is built with an aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure. This custom semi-displacement yacht also features ‘at anchor stabilisers’ which work at zero speed, increasing onboard comfort at anchor and on rough waters. With a cruising speed of 14 knots, a maximum speed of 22 knots and a range of 250,014nm from 80,000litre fuel tanks, she is the perfect combination of style and substance.

She also comes complete with a modern stabilization system to reduce roll motion even during rough seas, and the yacht also has ‘at anchor stabilizers’ to keep things smooth even at anchor/zero speed.

A deck Jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing with friends and family, while taking in the view, particularly after a long day of adventure.

The superyacht has Wi-Fi connection throughout, so you’ll be able to check emails or share your experience on social media.Air conditioning keeps conditions comfortable throughout the cabins, so you’ll stay cool even on the warmest of days.

Divers have found four bodies so far in the sunken wreckage of a superyacht that sank off the coast of Sicily this week, Italian officials told news agencies and local media Wednesday. Salvatore Cocina, head of the Sicily civil protection agency, confirmed the discovery of the bodies to the Associated Press after divers were photographed by the agency bringing body bags ashore. Cocina did not identify the deceased. The British-flagged, 183-foot-long Bayesian was carrying 12 passengers and 10 crew members roughly half a mile from the Sicilian fishing village of Porticello when it encountered what authorities called a “violent storm” at about 4 a.m. Monday. Of the 15 people rescued, eight — including a 1-year-old girl — were taken to hospitals in conditions that were not life-threatening. The body of the yacht’s chef, identified as Recaldo Thomas, a Canadian Antiguan, was found during initial recovery efforts. Mike Lynch , 59, was the British founder of the tech venture capital firm Invoke Capital and co-founder of the tech firms Autonomy and Darktrace. In June, he was acquitted of all charges after a decade-long U.S. fraud trial related to the 2011 sale of Autonomy to Hewlett-Packard; the voyage on the Bayesian, owned by a company controlled by Lynch’s wife, Angela Bacares, was intended to be a celebration of his legal victory, Britain’s Telegraph reported . Among those missing were Lynch; his 18-year-old daughter, Hannah; Morgan Stanley International Chairman Jonathan Bloomer and his wife, Judy; and attorney Chris Morvillo , a partner at Clifford Chance in New York who represented Lynch in the recently concluded legal battle, and his wife, Neda. Bacares, Lynch’s wife, was among the survivors. The storm’s winds might have broken the boat’s aluminum mast, reportedly one of the world’s largest at 246 feet. It’s not clear exactly what type of storm struck the Bayesian, but weather data suggests it was probably a tornadic waterspout or severe thunderstorm. Charlotte Golunski, a guest of Lynch who was rescued, described to Italian media holding onto her 1-year-old daughter , Sophie, amid the storm. “For two seconds I lost my baby in the sea,” she told Giornale di Sicilia. “Then I immediately hugged her again amid the fury of the waves.” Lynch sold Autonomy, which was once England’s biggest software company, to Hewlett-Packard in 2011 for more than $11 billion. He was subsequently accused of overvaluing the company and was charged in the United States with fraud. He was acquitted in June. The Bayesian was built in 2008 by Italian shipmaker Perini Navi, according to the SuperYacht Times. The Sir Robert, a Dutch-flagged sailing vessel anchored nearby, responded immediately to help survivors before the Italian coast guard arrived. The yacht sank to a depth of more than 160 feet. (Italian Firefighters via AP, HO) (Italian Coast Guard/AP) PORTICELLO, Sicily — (AP) — Police divers resumed searching Tuesday for six people believed trapped in the hull of a superyacht that sank in deep seas off Sicily, including British tech magnate Mike Lynch, who was celebrating his recent acquittal on fraud charges with the people who had defended him at trial. The luxury sailboat, off Porticello near Palermo, was about 50 meters (164 feet) underwater — far deeper than most recreational divers are certified for and a depth that requires special precautions. Recovery crews could only stay for 12-minute shifts, a measure that slowed efforts to reach the cramped inside of the wreck. Divers tag-teamed the shifts and were using a remote-controlled underwater vehicle, or ROV, to help in the search. They hadn't been able to access the below-deck cabins because they were blocked by furniture that shifted during the violent storm that struck the vessel early Monday. Rescue crews said they assume the missing six are in those cabins because the storm struck when most would be sleeping, but the teams haven't verified their presence there through portholes. The Bayesian, a 56-meter (184-foot) British-flagged yacht, was moored about a kilometer (a half-mile) offshore when a storm rolled in before 4 a.m. Monday. Civil protection officials said they believed the ship was struck by a tornado over the water, known as a waterspout, and sank quickly . Grainy film from closed-circuit cameras from shore, broadcast on the website of the Giornale di Sicilia, showed the majestic, illuminated 75-meter (246-foot) mast of the Bayesian weathering the storm and then disappearing over the course of a minute. Fifteen of the 22 people aboard survived, including a mother who reported holding her 1-year-old baby over the waves to save her. One body was recovered, identified by officials as the Antiguan-born on-board chef. The rest of the 10-person crew survived, including the captain whom prosecutors reportedly sought to interview. The survivors were rescued by a nearby sailboat after getting into a lifeboat. Lynch, who was once hailed as Britain's king of technology, was cleared in June of fraud and conspiracy charges in a U.S. federal trial related to Hewlett Packard's $11 billion takeover of his company, Autonomy Corp. His wife, Angela Bacares, survived the sinking. Hannah Lynch, the couple's 18-year-old daughter, is reportedly unaccounted for. Also unaccounted for are Christopher Morvillo, one of Lynch’s lawyers, and his wife, Neda; and Jonathan Bloomer, a chairman at Morgan Stanley International and the former head of the Autonomy audit committee who testified in Lynch’s defense, and his wife. Karsten Borner, the captain of the Sir Robert Baden Powell, which rescued the survivors, said he was close enough to see the Bayesian as the storm came in. “A moment later, she was gone,” he said. “It’s a great, great tragedy,” said Britain’s ambassador to Italy, Edward Llewellyn, who visited Porticello on Tuesday. Britain sent four investigators to the scene, given the disaster involved a British-flagged ship and British citizens were among the missing. Luca Cari, a spokesman for the rescue teams, said the search was proceeding much more slowly than another big shipwreck in Italy, the 2012 Costa Concordia cruise ship that flipped on its side off Tuscany's coast, because of the depth of the wreck and the limited space divers have to maneuver. “That was much simpler. Here everything is more tight," he said. The outing was intended at least in part as a celebration of Lynch’s acquittal and a “looking forward to what was coming next,” said Reid Weingarten, a Washington attorney and a member of Lynch’s defense team who was not on the yacht. “A lot of people went, a lot of people were planning to go and then, of course, this happened,” Weingarten said. Weingarten worked with Morvillo and said he “was like a brother.” Aki Hussain, CEO of international insurer Hiscox Group, where Bloomer was chairman, said the company was “deeply shocked and saddened by this tragic event.” “Our thoughts are with all those affected, in particular our Chair, Jonathan Bloomer, and his wife Judy, who are among the missing, and with their family as they await further news from this terrible situation,” he added. Among the survivors, the Emslie family was released from Palermo's pediatric hospital on Tuesday. Charlotte Golunski had reported that she momentarily lost hold of her 1-year-old daughter, Sofia, in the water but then managed to hold her up over the waves until they were both pulled to safety, doctors said. The father, identified by ANSA news agency as James Emslie, also survived. “They don't talk much, primarily because they consider themselves survivors and they don't understand why they survived given what they went through,” said Dr. Domenico Cipolla, head of the emergency room at Di Cristina pediatric hospital. Speaking to reporters Tuesday, Cipolla said the parents had been in touch with other survivors, who are being housed at a nearby hotel and were waiting for other family members to arrive in Sicily. The Bayesian, built in 2008 by the Italian firm Perini Navi, is registered to Revtom Ltd., according to online maritime database Equasis. Bacares, Lynch's wife, is listed as Revtom's sole owner, according to corporate registration documents from the Isle of Man. According to online charter companies, it had been available for charter for 195,000 euros (about $215,000) a week and was notable for its massive 75-meter-tall (246-foot-tall) aluminum mast, one of the tallest in the world. The coast guard said to date there was no trace of fuel leaks from the wreckage. In an unrelated event, Lynch's co-defendant in the Autonomy trial who was also cleared, Stephen Chamberlain, was killed Sunday when he was hit by a car while running in Cambridgeshire, England, said Chamberlain's lawyer, Gary Lincenberg.
