More about us. Established since 1837, the Royal Southern Yacht Club is internationally recognised as a top yacht racing club, with modern facilities and over 1,700 members owning over 600 boats. We are based in the centre of Hamble village, on the waterfront of the river Hamble, being the centre of yachting in the UK.
