29 Most Expensive Celebrity Yachts, Ranked by Value

David and Victoria Beckham Yacht

Celebrities consistently create demand in the private yacht market. If a celebrity’s net worth is in the high millions or more, they can certainly afford to indulge in luxury superyachts, which can cost well into seven figures or more and have six- to seven-figure annual operating costs.

The main reason that celebrities like yachting is that they can enjoy intimate, low-key trips with friends and family, out of reach of paparazzi cameras. Tiger Woods enjoys personal time aboard his yacht so much that he named the ship Privacy and even sleeps on board when he travels to golf tournaments.

Even if celebrities don’t own a yacht, they may charter them, as Rihanna and Beyonce do, for quiet time away from the spotlight. After traveling on a friend’s yacht, or chartering one, a celebrity may decide to take the plunge and buy one themselves. That’s what happened to Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling after she chartered actor Johnny Depp’s yacht. The Beckhams decided to get their own vessel after spending summers on the Mediterranean with their good friend Sir Elton John on his yacht Wabi Sabi. Some celebrities, such as Apple founder Steve Jobs, singer Billy Joel or fashion designer Roberto Cavalli, were involved in every step of creating their own customized yacht.

So, which celebrity yachts are the most expensive and extravagant? We made a list of the top ones — some of which have been sold in recent years, possibly due to their high operating costs, but will always be identified with their iconic celebrity owners. We then ranked the yachts by their current value, adjusted for inflation.

A sundeck features a Jacuzzi, barbecue and bar. The Wabi Sabi accommodates up to 18 guests and 12 crew members. The pair sold the vessel in 2017.

Giorgio Armani himself designed this 213-foot superyacht, which was built by the Italian shipyard, Codecasa , in his trademark minimalist style. The vessel, inspired by military ships, is painted a dark green, instead of the standard white, so it can’t easily be seen against the ocean.

Armani designed the interior with light birchwood furniture, dark green walls and louvre blinds. The yacht contains seven cabins, which can accommodate up to 12 people, and holds a crew of 14. The vessel contains a cinema, gym, whirlpool, indoor gym, marble bathrooms and a large sundeck.

Victoria and David Beckham have jetted off on a luxurious holiday where they have been celebrating the new year with their family.

Victoria, 47, has been busy documenting the sun-soaked getaway over on her Instagram page, where she has shared a series of snaps with her 29.5million followers.

The former Spice Girl and her husband David, 46, were joined on their £5million yacht by two of their three sons Romeo, 19, and Cruz, 16, as well as their 10 year old daughter Harper in the week leading up to Brooklyn's wedding.

The yacht has been aptly named Seven, after the former England player's shirt number. It's also the middle name of ten year old daughter.

And the family have been whiling away the hours on a sensational new yacht, worth £5million

The yacht is believed to be 93.5ft and the couple picked it up outside of their £19million Miami penthouse.

An onlooker told The Sun: “David looked ecstatic as he took to sea on board his gleaming boat. He’s wanted a yacht for a long time and couldn’t be happier with his new toy.”

The new luxury vessel features five bedrooms and holds space for ten guests and four crew members.

On the back of the snazzy new Beckham buy, there's a Union Jack flag which was in view as David and Victoria posed for a glamorous snap.

Harper poses onboard the new yacht

Alberto Galassi, chief executive of boat-maker Ferretti said of Becks’s yacht: “There’s so much steel on this boat — and glass. We are surrounded by glass. It’s sort of a little crystal palace.”

He added: “We sell emotions, we sell pleasure, we sell entertainment, we sell a good time, we don’t sell boats. We sell a pleasant way of living.”

The boat also features vases of white roses and luxurious white seating areas.

Harper and mum Victoria were seen lounging together, sharing a peek at the lavish interiors on the yacht.

Harper was pictured in a stylish black and lilac graphic T-shirt and light blue denim pair of jeans – an outfit that could just as easily be seen on an off duty Victoria.

The schoolgirl and her family are relaxing in Miami ahead of big brother Brooklyn 's Florida wedding to heiress Nicola Peltz.

Victoria looked stunning as she posed on the beach during the trip

"David had a look around some yachts in the summer, and decided to treat himself," a source told The Sun .

"He helped design the boat himself, and has been incredibly hands-on with everything. It's not an oligarch-stylee superyacht, but it's still pretty plush by anyone's standards.

"He was inspired after holidaying with Elton and David on their boat – and loves life on the water."

The 100ft yacht, which David treated the family to for Christmas, is thought to have been funded by David's £150m deal with this year's World Cup in Qatar.

Look Inside Seafair; Jay Leno’s Newport, RI Ocean Drive Estate

' src=

Former “Tonight Show” host Jay Leno and his wife Mavis have bought Seafair, the iconic Ocean Drive Estate for $13.5 million. The Leno’s purchased Seafair from Rick Bready, the former CEO of Nortek.

Since 1936 Seafair has reigned over its gated oceanfront peninsula. Built to compliment the curve of the coast, the crescent shaped residence boasts expansive ocean views from every living space. Of sturdy rubble-stone construction with limestone quoins and a slate roof, Seafair has embraced every aspect of its dramatic oceanfront site for over seventy years.

Private Yacht Charter Updates & Safety Information

We are excited to get back to cruising and helping you plan an unforgettable private event on the water in Miami! As we resume rentals for all luxury vessels, please know that the health and well-being of our guests and crew members is our number one priority. We are closely monitoring the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as our local health departments and authorities on the best practices while operating. Our ample yachts feature multiple decks with indoor and outdoor spaces. We will continue to assess, refine, and update our standards to keep you safe as new information is available.

COVID-19 Safety Measures

Social distancing.

  • Per current guidelines, our 60” round tables will be set six feet apart for six guests, as opposed to our previous ten, which will offer ample room and additional space between guests.
  • Our flow-through dining arrangement will allow us to control the number of guests in the dining area at any one time, as well as the flow to stations, which will limit lines and guest contact.

Employee Requirements

  • All employees are required to do a self-check prior to the start of their shift. All staff uniforms will adhere to CDC guidelines. This will include masks constantly and gloves while handling food that will be disinfected/changed for every event.

Cleaning & Sanitation

  • We will be providing hand sanitizing stations throughout the vessel, at boarding on the dock, on every deck, as well as near food and beverage areas.
  • We will have a specialized team thoroughly clean and disinfect key surfaces and areas before and after each event, with two hours specifically designated to ensure that this task is prioritized.
  • To maintain cleanliness throughout the event, cleaning specialists will be tasked with ongoing cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch and common areas, which include but are not limited to handrails, backs of chairs, doorknobs, bars, counters, high tops, low cocktail tables, coffee tables, bathroom sinks, toilet handles, etc. These tasks will be completed per the CDC and Miami-Dade County guidelines.
  • Our bathrooms feature ample individual stalls. These areas will fall into our 30-minute cleaning guidelines and will be maintained and serviced by our cleaning specialists. Bathrooms are equipped with disinfectant soap, hand sanitizers, and disposable hand towels.

Serving Procedures

  • Glassware, flatware, and tableware will be washed, disinfected, and steam cleaned before and throughout the event. Rolled up flatware and water glasses will be provided for each guest and presented individually at each place setting.
  • Welcome drinks are freshly poured upon boarding in sanitized glassware. To curb the need for congregating at the bar or making long lines, our staff will be providing cocktail service to all guests, as well as handing out welcome drinks.
  • All food and drinks will be handled, presented, and served to guests to minimize cross-contamination. Butler-passed hors d’oeuvres will no longer be passed. Instead they will be arranged as a station. All platters and food stations will be staffed with an attendant behind plexiglass who will be responsible for personally serving each guest.
  • Our new and improved buffet techniques will feature plexiglass to protect the food while guests are served by a gloved attendant. Tables will be called one at a time to prevent crowding. Our existing procedures will ensure that our buffet is staffed to serve guests individually and erase the need for self-service. This measure will prevent serving utensils from coming into contact with any guests.
  • Our bread, salad, coffee, and dessert will be served tableside, eliminating the need for self-service. Salt, pepper, and condiments will be individually packaged for each guest.
  • If additional steps are required, we are happy to provide them as requested.

Inside David Beckham’s incredible holiday on board new luxury £5million superyacht, named Seven

  • Stephen Moyes

LIFE looked to be plain sailing for David Beckham as he took to sea on his new £5million yacht yesterday.

The ex-England and Manchester United ace went for a first cruise on his mega-boat with wife Victoria and family, including her parents

David went for a first cruise on his mega-boat with wife Victoria and family, including her parents, Anthony and Jackie Adams, who are seen sitting between the Beckhams

The vessel is named Seven — matching his shirt number for the Red Devils and as his country’s skipper, plus the middle name of ten-year-old daughter Harper.

Unshaven Becks was on the crest of a wave as he laughed and joked during the sun-kissed Florida jaunt while dressed in black shorts, white T-shirt and baseball cap worn back-to-front.

An onlooker said: “David looked ecstatic as he took to sea on board his gleaming boat. He’s wanted a yacht for a long time and couldn’t be happier with his new toy.”

The Sun told last month he was helping to design the Italy-made play-thing.

The father of four, 46, splashed out on the 93.5ft yacht following a visit to the Ferretti shipyard in Forli.

It was presented to proud Becks near its mooring, close to the star’s £19million penthouse in Miami.

He took to sea alongside Posh and her parents Anthony and Jackie Adams, as they were served drinks from a silver platter after four attentive crew readied the vessel.

Floral displays and fluffy white towels were dotted around the boat as the group happily chatted on the upper deck, sat on comfy cushions.

Victoria, 47, arrived for the trip in a revealing black mini-dress and sunglasses before changing into a warmer outfit.

Social media snaps also show other family members having fun including Harper, the couple’s second son Romeo, 19, and his partner Mia Regan, also 19.

Also on board were youngest son Cruz, 16, Libby Adams, Victoria’s 20-year-old niece, plus friend Ahmed Al-Sibai .

The yacht can accommodate ten guests in five state rooms. And the millionaire’s status symbol has a nippy top speed of 30 knots. It also boasts an extended swim platform, beach deck.

Becks is in the money after finalising a ten-year, £150million deal to promote this year’s World Cup finals host country Qatar.

However, he was roundly condemned for taking the money as the country has an appalling record on human rights.

The hydros are back at Seafair, and here’s what you need to know

Nathan Joyce

It’s been three years since the unlimited hydroplanes last raced on Lake Washington. But after two years of cancellations because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the HomeStreet Bank Cup at Seafair is back Friday starting with qualifying from the Stan Sayres pits.

While there won’t be as many boats as racing fans are accustomed to, this field is competitive.

There’s the perennial champ and favorite every weekend. There’s the new team that is looking to take over atop the podium. There’s the record-setting veteran who has come out of retirement and made a fast boat. There’s the boat that’s been on the podium in every race this season and another that has one of the winningest hulls in the sport.

“It’s competitive right now,” said Scott Raney, head of the U-11 Racing Group. “We don’t have big numbers, but the quality is very good.”

And in three years plenty has changed on the H1 Unlimited Hydroplane Racing circuit. So let’s get you caught up.

So who’s here?

Five boats made their way to the pits Thursday.

There’s the U-1 Miss HomeStreet, the undisputed top boat in the sport. Driver Jimmy Shane has won six of the last seven national championships, and it’s the top team on the National High Points ladder this year.

There’s the U-9 Boitano Homes driven by J.Michael Kelly. The last time this boat was at Seafair was 2017 when it was run by Ellstrom Racing as the Oh Boy! Oberto. It’s got a new owner in Strong Racing, and Kelly won the drivers’ National High Points title last season in it.

The U-40 Miss Beacon Plumbing is repaired and made a late entry into the pits Thursday. Dave Villwock, the driver who owns just about every record in the sport, came out of retirement and has made this boat fast. Bucket List Racing (Kelly and Sharon Stocklin) acquired the former U-21 from Go Fast Turn Left Racing (Brian and Greg O’Farrell). The boat is coming off a flip in the Tri-Cities.

The U-11, driven by Jamie Nielsen, will race as the Miss The Old Cannery Furniture Warehouse this weekend. The 11 has been on the podium (top-three finish) in all four races this seasons. The last time it raced at Seafair it was also on the podium.

The U-91 Goodman Real Estate, driven by Jeff Bernard, is the second boat on the Miss Madison team (which runs the HomeStreet). It’s the former Oh Boy! Oberto hull that won eight of 10 national championships before the new version debuted in 2018 .

But where is … ?

The Graham Trucking is the defending Seafair champ , but the team has been on the sidelines this year. Kelly drove the boat to the Seafair win in 2019 (after Shane was assessed with a penalty). Kelly jumped to Strong Racing for the 2021 season.

Andrew Tate, who won the national title in 2018 and won Seafair titles in 2016 and 2018, replaced Kelly in the Graham Trucking after his team, the U-9 which raced as the Delta/Real Trac at Seafair, went dark and sold the boat to Strong Racing. Tate drove the Graham Trucking to a fourth-place finish in the National High Points standings last year. Tate has been driving on the Grand Prix circuit this year.

The U-21 Go Fast Turn Left Racing had a new boat at Seafair last time , just the second race it had been in the water. It ran as the U-99.9 CARSTAR Powered Miss Rock KISW. The team, which is based in Maple Valley, hasn’t raced this year.

The 440 Bucket List Racing is also staying on the sidelines this year, it was announced in June. The 440 was the first boat raced by the Bucket List team. It announced on Facebook it would focus on the U-40 Miss Beacon Plumbing this season and 440 driver Dustin Echols remains a key member of the team.

The last time we saw the U-27, driven by Cal Phipps, at Seafair in 2018 , when it ran as the U-1918 Oberto Beef Jerky, it crashed in the Final heat, delaying the start until 7 p.m. It’s been under construction in Alabama ever since.

The U-3, known as the Turbinator and driven by Jimmy King, raced in the Tri-Cities last weekend and suffered quite a bit of damage after a propeller broke. It’s a popular boat as it’s the last piston-powered boat in the turbine field. It last raced in Seattle in 2015.

The racing format is different this year. Saturday will feature Match Racing at 10:55 a.m. and 2:05 p.m.

Sunday there are two preliminary heats at 11:30 a.m. and 2:10 p.m., with the final at 4:30 p.m.

There’s no undercard for Seafair this year, meaning no smaller class of boat. There will be vintage hydroplanes as always. Back are the J-Hydros, which are often driven by the kids of the unlimited hydros drivers and crews.

The Blue Angels perform at 3:05 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The races will be broadcast on KONG starting at 1 p.m. Sunday.

CORRECTION: This story has been updated to reflect that the Blue Angels will perform at 3:05 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday and not at 2:05 as originally reported.

The yachts owned by celebrities

How can someone who is recognised everywhere get away from it all? On a superyacht, of course. Yachts owned by celebrities range in style and size, but one thing that unite these vessels is their owner's love for the sea. Our round-up features the famous faces of British footballer David Beckham, tennis superstar Rafael Nadal, martial artist Conor McGregor and fashion designer Giorgio Armani.

Unknown owned by Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimović took delivery of the second hull in Benetti 's 34M Oasis, named Unknown , in 2022.  The 34 metre superyacht has had a busy maiden season, cruising around the emerald coasts of Sardinia showing off her trademarked Oasis deck and RWD -designed exterior. Ibrahimović has posted the yacht on social media extensively, with videos of him and his friends playing with a drone and putting her huge locker of water toys - which includes a floating dock - to good use. The Oasis 34M follows in the footsteps of the highly popular Oasis 40M, the first hull of which, Rebeca , is owned by champion powerboat racer Tim Ciasulli.

More about this yacht

Seven owned by david beckham.

Ex-England football star and Inter Miami owner David Beckham has been revealed as the owner of a 28 metre Riva Argo 90 . Named after Beckham's iconic football shirt number, Seven was launched in October 2021 and constructed in GRP. Studio Officina Italiana Design penned the yacht both inside and out, while Ferretti Engineering Department oversaw her naval architecture. Stand out design features include the sun lounging space on the foredeck, while twin MTU diesel engines power her to a top speed of 30 knots.

Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 owned by Conor McGregor

UFC fighter Conor McGregor has been revealed as the owner of a recently completed Tecnomar For Lamborghini 63 yacht . The 19.2 metre yacht is a crossover of the two brands and designed to satisfy owners who enjoy superyachts and supercars. McGregor’s yacht features a distinctive gold hull paint and will feature the same materials as a Lamborghini supercar. Inspired by Lamborghini’s Siàn FKP 37 model, Tecnomar For Lamborghini features an aerodynamic profile and special “carbon skin”.

Viva a Vida owned by Tom Brady

NFL superstar Tom Brady took delivery of a 16 metre custom cruiser from Dutch builder Wajer towards the end of 2020 after signing a $50 million contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The quarterback is clearly a keen fan of the Wajer yachts after he recently announced he had commissioned a larger mode, the Wajer 77. The Wajer 55S, christened Viva a Vida , sports a baby blue hull and is powered by three 435hp Volvo Penta engines guaranteeing a wild ride with speeds in excess of 40 knots. A walkaround centre console allows guests to make the most of the deck space available with stowage for SeaBobs and other toys concealed beneath the aft stairway. Below deck, the Wajer 55S offers accommodation for four. Other cool features include push-button fenders and an extendable swim platform. The 55S is the souped-up version of its older sibling, the Wajer 55 , and comes from the boards of Dutch design studio Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design .

Great White owned by Rafael Nadal

Tennis ace  Rafael Nadal  is the proud new owner of a Sunreef 80 Power superyacht , which was delivered in June 2020. Nadal commissioned the catamaran after previously chartering a number of Sunreef catamarans and meeting yard founder and president Francis Lapp at the 2018 Cannes Yachting Festival. This is not his first foray into yachting however. Nadal previously owned a  Monte Carlo Yachts  76 named  Beethoven  which he bought in 2016. Nadal has spoken openly about his love of yachting and his decision to invest in a yacht, telling  Boat International , "Because I have a yacht, I am able to forget about everything and get away from that tiring stress. I do have a real passion for [superyachts]. It is rare that I see a superyacht from a distance and I don’t know its name. I know them all!"

Main owned by Giorgio Armani

Fashion designer Giorgio Armani has recently celebrated 40 years of life at sea  and of course the fashion icon has a suitably stylish yacht. Enter the 65 metre Codecasa yacht Main , owned by Giorgio Armani, which has been designed inside and out with input from Armani. The exterior of the yacht is in an unusual dark green colour, which suits the angular, military-inspired exterior lines. Inside, the yacht has a muted palette and features wow factors in a spiral staircase, gym, cinema and guest accommodation for 12.

Vendetta owned by Billy Joel

The modern classic commuter yacht Vendetta is just one of the many yachts that Billy Joel has owned. The "Piano Man" is a yacht fanatic, to the extent that he's even a celebrity yacht designer . Designed by Doug Zurn, the 17 metre Vendetta was created to be a true replica of the classic gentleman's commuter launches that were popularised in the 1920s for their quick speed to run down the Long Island Sound and into New York City. True to the intended form of the vessels, Billy Joel told BOAT International  that he has used the yacht to run from his home in Long Island to the City to perform in a concert. At one point, Billy Joel owned five yachts, including 29 metre Inace explorer yacht Audacious (re-named Miss Sarah J ) ,  which he converted to house a few of his motorcycles. Fresh from a refit, Vendetta has recently joined the brokerage market and is listed for sale with Fraser .

Infinity owned by NBA star Tony Parker

In December 2018, Turkish yard AvA Yachts announced that it had sold the second hull in its 35 metre Kando 110 series to NBA star Tony Parker and the yacht was delivered two years later. Named Infinity , the steel and aluminium full displacement yacht will feature a bulbous bow and has been designed in-house. The 340GT yacht will accommodate 12 guests in six cabins with crew quarters for six including a separate captain’s double cabin. The four-decked yacht will feature a “light, contemporary interior décor” chosen by the basketball star and his wife, who are said to have put the yard through a rigorous selection process before choosing AvA for their new build.

Freedom owned by Roberto Cavalli

Much secrecy surrounded the construction of fashion designer Roberto Cavalli’s yacht until it was delivered in 2018. Built by Italian shipyard Cerri Cantieri Navali , the 27-metre Freedom was designed by Tommaso Spadolini in collaboration with her owner. According to Cavalli, the inspiration for the yacht’s design was the aesthetic of batman’s superhero batmobile. This explains the severe lines, jet black exterior and tinted windows which make up the yacht’s distinctive appearance. on board, Cavalli’s signature animal-print furnishings adorn the cabins and saloons. Freedom can accommodate six guests and three crew members and has two dining areas on board. Powered by three water jet engines, Freedom’s moderate size means that she can reach a top speed of 40 knots.

Eos owned by Diane von Furstenburg

Launched by  Lürssen in 2006, 93 metre sailing yacht Eos was bought by fashion designer Diane von Furstenburg and her husband IAC Chairman Barry Diller in 2009. The schooner features exterior design by Bill Langan and interior design by Francois Catroux with accommodation for 16 guests and 21 crew. Diller and von Furstenburg often use the yacht to host a star-studded group of friends with Bravo host Andy Cohen the latest celebrity spotted on this superyacht .

A Closer Look at the $400 Million Superyacht Streets of Monaco

The country of Monaco has long been an isle of luxury and extreme pleasure. It’s a premier destination for vacationers who prefer to take their holidays in grand style, and for the very rich and famous with a penchant for gambling, entertainment, and a hearty nightlife. A fair share of the jet-setting crowd enjoy spending at least a portion of their holidays on the streets of Monaco and one billionaire was so inspired that he ordered the commission of a superyacht to capture the opulence and extravagance of the locale in a recreation that is named for the country in the famed $400 million Streets of Monaco. To fully appreciate the splendor of this floating paradise, we take a closer look at this artistic and expensive rendition.

History of the superyacht Streets of Monaco

In 2015, the Streets of Monaco superyacht was just a concept. When news of its commission was revealed they were assumed to be rumors of wishful thinking, much like a fantasy that seemed unlikely to ever be realized. For a couple of years, there was the talk of a bold concept that would create a replica of many of the most famous landmarks found in the country of Monaco, captured on a large floating vessel, intended for the enjoyment of billionaires fond of locales such as the Hotel de Paris, La Rascasse, the Monte Carlo Casino, Cafe de Paris, Loews Hotel, and others. It was further rumored that the superyacht would cost an astronomical $1.1 billion to construct, but this, was an unsubstantiated rumor because when the ship was finally completed, much to the surprise of yachting enthusiasts who saw it as a pipe dream, the actual cost would be closer to $400 million.

Who’s commissioning the Streets of Monaco?

To lend credence to the rumors, we did a fair amount of research and learned that this yacht doesn’t actually exist, well, not yet anyway. The Island Design yacht company of the United Kingdom presented the blueprint for the yacht back in 2011. The design team from Island Design remarked that this vessel would be more like a floating city than it would a yacht. The billionaire backing the building of the Streets of Monaco is none other than Russian magnate Roman Abramovich, owner of The Eclipse yacht, according to this article .

The proposed specifications and amenities

Construction of the Streets of Monaco? couldn’t confirm one way or another if it has begun but we do have information about the proposed specifications and at least some of the amenities. The ship is designed to be 500 feet in length with a replica of the streets found in Monaco with miniature replications of popular landmarks n Monaco including the Hotel de Paris, tennis courts and swimming pools. The Atrium will link the main living areas together including a network of seven guest suites with individual bedrooms, balconies, dressing rooms, bathrooms, and reception areas. The capacity of the ship will be 70 crew members for daily maintenance and operation and 16 guests. In addition, there will be a tunnel complex extending around the deck for the Monaco Grand Prix go-kart track. The plans also include an area for storing smaller yachts for VIP travel to and from the main ship.

The Streets of Monaco will also feature several casinos on board along with luxury resorts if you can picture this on board a yacht. Jacuzzi bars, a cinema, libraries, helipads, a submarine, underwater restaurants, and waterfalls are also included in the plans. There will also be recreations of a beach-inspired pool, cafe bars, barbecue facilities and interior opulence the likes of which this world has not yet seen, according to LuxeHabitat. There is also slated to be a basketball court, a dance hall, a full spa and hair salon and this is just what is known about the initial plans.

Will the fantasy ever be brought to life?

There has been a lot of speculation over the past eight years about the credibility of this design and as to whether or not it is even feasible. The Island Design company who currently holds the blueprints believe wholeheartedly that it is possible. The only element that is missing is a billionaire that is willing to commission the construction. There have been no concrete announcements about whether or not Abramovich has signed off on the construction, and according to the director of Yacht Island Design, Scott, Poxon, this requirement has yet to be satisfied.

Final thoughts

The Streets of Monaco is a lovely dream which one day may become a reality, but as of now, it’s locked away in the minds of the designers in a set of blueprints waiting for someone to step up to the plate with the necessary funding to commission the building of this $400 million dream yacht. One thing is for certain, it would be the biggest and most expensive yacht on the ocean, but it could possibly be considered a floating city, given the amenities and onboard operations which would give it the full functionality of a city floating on the ocean. Resorts, hotels, casinos, restaurants, a Grand Prix in a miniature version, transportation via submarine, helicopter or yacht, and we’re assuming that the communications technology would also be quite advanced. It’s nice to dream but this is one dream that could possibly become a reality in the near future.
