We undertake to deal with your request within a maximum of one month. In order to be able to access your request, we ask you for proof of your identity for the purpose of identification and confidentiality.

Notification in the event of a data breach

An incident must be reported to the supervisory authority and the person concerned, less than 72 hours after being aware of it. Paul Picot shall avoid this obligation if the personal data breach has little chance of resulting in risks to the liberties and rights of natural persons.

You have access to information about the processing of your personal data and the reasons for this processing. You can obtain basic information on this subject. The controller will give you the necessary information even if the personal data has not yet been obtained.

The right of access

You are entitled to obtain confirmation from the controller that the personal data concerning you have not been processed.

If the controller confirms that the personal data have been processed, the person concerned is entitled to have access to his/her personal data and obtain such information as:

• The aims and reasons for the processing;
• The categories of personal data concerned;
• The recipients or categories of recipients to which the personal data have or shall be communicated, in particular the recipients in third countries of international organisations;
• The existence of the right to ask the controller to correct or delete personal data, limit the processing of personal data relating to the person concerned, or the right to oppose this processing;
• The right to oppose and complain to a supervisory authority.

The right to correction

You are entitled to correction of the personal data concerning you that are inaccurate, as soon as possible, by the controller.

The right to deletion

The controller must delete your personal data if these are not necessary for the purpose for which they have been collected or processed; if the person concerned withdraws his/her consent on which the processing relies; or if the personal data have been processed unlawfully.

The right to data portability

You are entitled to receive your personal data. The personal data received must be structured in a legible format by a machine, because you have the right to pass on your data to another controller, with no interruption resulting from the controller, to whom your personal data have been supplied beforehand.

The right to oppose

You are entitled to oppose the processing of your personal data at any time. Additional Prep/DMV Info

Dealer Engine Prep is required to validate the warranty and ensure a working engine. Prep includes completing a full Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) checklist, test-run performed in a tank for quality assurance, and re-crating for shipment. Outboards picked up in-store may be stand-alone and no longer in the box or crate.

Pre-Delivery Inspection

Pre-delivery Inspection is required to validate the warranty and includes the necessary services & products used on each new vessel to ensure quality performance prior to delivery.

For rigged vessels: Boat Specialists will install a deep cycle marine battery, rig all steering components, and complete an electrical and systems check. A full system check includes filling the motor with oil, fluids, and fuel, then a test run performed in a tank for quality assurance.

Once everything is tuned and prepared, a sea trial is performed to achieve the ideal RPM-to-top-speed ratio, ensuring the boat gets on plane properly and all systems operate on water. Afterward, full detail is performed on the exterior, deck, and hull to be turn-key ready for the customer.

DMV Registration On Boats and Trailers - For California Residents Only

Boat Specialists will take care of your CA DMV registration including signing a Power of Attorney for each registration. We will mail temporary paperwork with the documents that require the customer's signature. The customer is to sign and return the documents in the envelope provided. Once we have received the paperwork, we will submit all required documents to the DMV to complete registration.

ALL OUTBOARDS AND RIGID INFLATABLE BOATS (RIBS) ARE SHIPPED WITH A DELIVERY SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT AND MUST BE SHIPPED TO A PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS. The customer must inspect the packaging before accepting the delivery. If there appears to be any damage to the unit, the customer must refuse the delivery and take pictures of the damaged packaging and damaged units, including any broken pieces. If the packaging is damaged, but the product appears unharmed, the customer must have the delivery driver note the type and location of the damage on the Delivery Receipt and take pictures of the damaged packaging. If the parcel is left without a signature and damage is found, please contact Customer Service immediately at (805) 644-6290. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials.

INFLATABLE BOATS, OUTBOARDS*, TRAILERS, AND ELECTRONICS CAN NOT BE RETURNED For all other products, returns for refunds must be made within 10 days, minus shipping and handling fees. Returns for store credit or exchange must be made within 30 days. Special orders are ineligible for returns. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and notified within 10 days. A refund will be processed once the product is received from the customer. The Yachts360 Story

Our history.

In early 2018, four industry professionals from various marine backgrounds came together with the idea to form new type of yacht brokerage truly focused on providing a 360 degree customer service experience. 

Brian Dressler, Justin Goins, Scott Clements, and Cos Constintinou founded Yachts360 Group in the spring of 2018. With previous careers ranging from brokerage, to new boat dealers, yacht importers, yacht wholesalers, and new boat manufacturing, each founder brought their professional experiences to the table and Yachts360 quickly began to expand.

Over the next few years Yachts360 grew in large part because of the passion each team member has for our clients and this industry. The partners wanted to stand out from the crowd so they enlisted the help of marine marketer Kyle Ginthner to help spread the Yachts360 message and manage the companies online presence.

By 2021, the company had grown to seven offices across the South East & East Coast including the acquisitions of multiple brokerages which further expanded the team.
