Where will you go...

We charter yachts in the most beautiful cruising locations in the world: the Caribbean, Mediterranean, US East Coast and the United Kingdom. Our crews have first-hand knowledge of destinations so they can take you to the most remote stunning locations. Discover the destinations you can sail with Oyster.

Virgin Islands

The Virgin Islands are a popular charter destination for people enjoying their first charter and for families. The 50 islands have become one of the most popular sailing grounds, with steady Trade winds, gentle currents and lots of idyllic, sheltered anchorages.

Windward Islands (St Vincent and Grenadines)

Named for its Trade winds and ocean currents, the Windwards were the destination of choice for pirates. It is the ideal cruising ground for chilled charters. With calm seas and consistent winds (10-25 knots) cruising is effortless, with line-of-sight passages that make island hopping a joy.

Leeward Islands (Antigua, St Martins, St Barts)

This chain of islands sits at the meeting point where the north-eastern Caribbean Sea meets the western Atlantic. Created by volcanic activity at the end of the last Ice Age, the arc of islands stretches southwest, offering an eclectic mix of untouched desert islands with some of the most luxurious holiday destinations in the region.

Greek Ionian Islands

Located on the west coast of Greece, the Ionian Islands are known for their stunning white sand beaches and lush greenery. There are six main archipelagos: Corfu, Zakynthos, Paxi (Paxos) in the north and Lefkada, Kefalonia and Ithaki in the south with the most popular being Corfu, Zakynthos and Kefalonia.

Maine, in the USA, is renowned for its dramatic lighthouses, rugged mountains and enchanting sea life, found just 20 miles from the coast. With a coastline just shy of 3,500 miles, there is a lot to discover.

The Balearics

One of the most popular destinations in the western Mediterranean, the Balearics are the perfect yacht charter destination with a choice of unspoiled anchorages and coves, lush landscapes and clear turquoise seas with white sand beaches.

Exploring the Mediterranean: Your Maltese Islands Yacht Charter Guide

Published 13 September 2024

It seems incongruous that a place known for its dusty, rocky landscape is a prized yachting haven, yet a luxury yacht charter to Malta will deliver you to the doors of a land abundant in culture and cuisine. The craggy coastline, where dramatic cliffs are pocketed with caves and rock pools, creates the ideal location for diving and snorkelling alike. Renowned for its gin-clear waters that are thriving with fish and awash with wrecks of airplanes and boats, it’s clear why Malta is one of the most loved charter destinations in the Mediterranean for both sailing and motor yachts.

Malta: Soak up the island's culture

Valetta Malta

The Maltese capital of Valletta was the first in the world constructed to a block system. Now a common sight in America, Francesco Laparelli designed Valletta’s wide and straight streets on rectangular grids that breathe a cooling sea breeze through the character-filled city. Reminders of the 268-year-legacy of the Knights of St John loom large with fortifications, watch towers, auberges and palaces scattered across land and sea.

One example of Malta’s many UNESCO Heritage sites is the Hypogeum of Ħal Saflieni, a Neolithic subterranean monument consisting of halls, chambers and passages hewn out of limestone. Likewise, the Tarxien Temples in the port region of the city are four megalithic structures rich in prehistoric art, including bas-relief sculpture depicting spirals and animals.

For something on the quiet side, head to Mdina, a fortified city in the northern region and Malta’s former capital. It’s known as the silent city for its lack of construction work and development, with most of its roads left pedestrianised adorned with beautifully decorated Palazzos. It sits on top of one of Malta’s highest peaks, providing stunning views across the Mediterranean Sea.

Gozo: Enjoy stunning costal views

Citadel in Victoria, on the island of Gozo in Malta.

When visiting the island of Gozo, don’t miss the preserved prehistoric Ġgantija temples, one of the oldest structures in the world. Located on Gozo’s Xagħra plateau, the limestone monuments sit at the centre of an extraordinary archaeological landscape. History buffs will also enjoy a trip to the Gozo Citadel, also known as the Castello, it dominates the skyline and is rich in buildings of architectural, military and historical value. Its open areas also host numerous rare species of flora and fauna.

When leaving land, set sail for Dwejra Bay, located off Gozo behind Fungus Rock (so-called for a rare type of medicinal plant that naturally grows there). The stunning anchorage forms a protected near-enclosed bay for bathers and yachts of up to 80m. It was home to the Azure Window, also known as the Dwejra Window, a 28m-tall arch formed by the ocean. It collapsed in 2017, but the remnants remain a draw for tourists thanks to its appearing in international films and TV productions, including Game of Thrones .

Comino: A haven for water sports enthusiasts

Blue lagoon, Comino

Between Malta and Gozo lies Comino, a small island that is famed for its turquoise blue lagoon and incredible Blue Hole dive spot. Naturally carved out by water and wind, its spectacular limestone rock formations allow divers to swim through arches, explore sea caves and military shipwrecks.

Comino is the smallest inhabited island in the Maltese archipelago, with just two known permanent inhabitants, in addition to the island’s one hotel — Comino Hotel. Overlooking San Niklaw Bay right by the water’s edge, spending the night here is the epitome of getting away from it all. It also provides the perfect location for enjoying the yacht’s water sports.

If diving is not your strong point, snorkelling, paddle boarding and kayaking in the lagoon are ideal, while sports, such as wake-boarding and foiling are easily mastered in the open waters.

Marsaxlokk: Indulge in the local cuisine

Marsaxlokk Fishing Village, Malta

The small, traditional fishing village of Marsaxlokk in the south eastern region of Malta is prized for its picturesque harbour and vibrant fishing market. Signature cobalt blue fishing boats dot the horizon, flanked by golden beaches and bright fisherman’s cottages. It’s no surprise that Marsaxlokk has gained a reputation for gastronomic seafood dishes, with the fresh fish served at family-run restaurant Tartarun being among the best. Aside from the signature dishes, it also sources its daily bread from the local baker and its fresh produce from a hydroponic farmer, all washed down by a 150-plus bin wine list.

BVI or USVI

BVI or USVI Sailing: Where to Book Your Next Caribbean Yacht Adventure

You’ve made up your mind: your next sailing adventure will be in the Caribbean. The gorgeous waters, gentle trade winds, and sun-drenched islands are calling your name.

But now comes the real challenge – BVI or USVI? Just how are you supposed to decide between the British Virgin Islands (BVI) or the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI)?

BVI or USVI 2

While we don’t believe you have to choose ( see here for our argument for combining the two ), it’s true that picking BVI or USVI means you can get a deeper experience when you pick just one.

We’re here to help you better understand the difference between the two, and help you make the choice. Among the team of Waypoints Yacht Charters Specialists, we’ve sailed these waters countless times, dropped anchor in hidden coves, and toasted sunsets from every angle.

Before you set sail on your next yachting adventure, let’s dive into what sets these destinations apart, from the sailing conditions and culture to the natural offerings. Our goal? To help you decide which Virgin Islands – British or U.S. – is the right fit for your next Caribbean sailing escape.

British Virgin Islands (BVI) Sailing

The British Virgin Islands are renowned for their exceptional sailing conditions, making them a favorite among seasoned sailors and newcomers alike.

The archipelago’s layout creates a sailor’s playground, with short passages between islands and abundant sheltered anchorages.

Popular destinations in the BVI include the famous Baths of Virgin Gorda, where massive granite boulders create a labyrinth of grottoes and pools.

The atmosphere of Jost Van Dyke draws visitors to its legendary beach bars, while Norman Island’s caves inspire tales of buried treasure.

Thanks to its history, the BVI offers a unique blend of British and Caribbean culture. Must-experience attractions include:

  • Legendary Painkiller at Soggy Dollar Bar – Sail into White Bay on Jost Van Dyke and swim or dinghy ashore to this iconic beach bar. Sip the original Painkiller cocktail, a blend of rum, coconut, pineapple, and orange juices, while your toes sink into powdery white sand. The bar’s laid-back atmosphere and stunning views make it the quintessential Caribbean experience.
  • Virgin Gorda Copper Mine Ruins – Flip the calendar back to the 19th century as you explore these atmospheric ruins perched on Virgin Gorda’s rocky southern tip. Wander among the stone walls and rusted machinery, imagining the bustling activity of Cornish miners who once sought their fortunes here. The site offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, perfect for a sunset photo opportunity.
  • Trellis Bay Full Moon Party – Time your visit to coincide with this celebration of art, music, and fire on Beef Island. As night falls, massive metal sculptures crafted by local artists burst into flame, illuminating the bay. Dance to live music on the beach, sample local cuisine from food stalls, and join fellow sailors in a night of unforgettable island revelry.

For those seeking the perfect anchorage, popular spots include:

  • The Bight at Norman Island – Drop anchor in this sheltered bay, rumored to be the inspiration for Robert Louis Stevenson’s “Treasure Island.” Spend the day snorkeling the nearby caves, teeming with colorful fish and coral formations. As evening approaches, swim or dinghy to the famous Willy T floating bar and restaurant for a night of pirate-themed merriment.
  • White Bay on Jost Van Dyke – Sail into this postcard-perfect bay, where a crescent of soft white sand is fringed by swaying palms. The calm, crystal-clear waters make for excellent swimming and snorkeling. Ashore, a string of casual beach bars offers the perfect spot to watch the sun dip below the horizon, rum cocktail in hand.

Hidden gems worth discovering:

  • Manchioneel Bay on Cooper Island – Escape the crowds at this quiet anchorage on Cooper Island’s northern shore. The bay’s protected waters are ideal for paddleboarding or kayaking along the mangrove-lined coast. Ashore, visit the eco-friendly Cooper Island Beach Club for craft beer from their microbrewery and rum tasting sessions featuring over 100 Caribbean rums.
  • Diamond Cay National Park – Make your way to this pristine marine protected area near Jost Van Dyke. Anchor off the tiny islet and dinghy ashore to hike the short trail to the Bubbly Pool, a natural jacuzzi formed by waves crashing through a rocky crevice. Snorkel in the crystal-clear waters around the cay, keeping an eye out for sea turtles and tropical fish darting among the coral reefs.

If you’ve been thinking about getting to the BVI, now’s the time to start planning for 2025 .

U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI) Sailing

The U.S. Virgin Islands provide a different yet equally special sailing experience. With three main islands – St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix – the USVI offers a mix of developed areas and unspoiled natural beauty.

Sailing conditions in the USVI can be more challenging than the BVI, with longer passages between islands and more exposure to open water.

This makes it an excellent choice for those looking to sharpen their sailing skills. The USVI’s cultural highlights blend American influences with Caribbean traditions.

Must-visit islands and hotspots include

  • Magens Bay, St. Thomas – Come explore this horseshoe-shaped bay, often hailed as one of the world’s most beautiful beaches (we see you, Travel + Leisure ). As you approach, you’ll be struck by the mile-long stretch of powdery white sand framed by verdant hills. For the adventurous, hike the nature trail to the hilltop for a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay and surrounding islands.
  • Virgin Islands National Park, St. John – See for yourself why this island is often called the crown jewel of the Caribbean. With two-thirds of St. John protected as a national park, you’ll find an unspoiled paradise of lush forests, hidden coves, and pristine beaches. Sail into Trunk Bay to snorkel the underwater trail, spotting colorful fish and coral formations.
  • Buck Island Reef National Monument, St. Croix – Set a course for this uninhabited island off St. Croix’s northeast coast for a world-class snorkeling experience. The crystal-clear waters reveal an underwater wonderland of elkhorn coral barriers, vibrant reef fish, and even sea turtles. Follow another underwater trail of plaques that guide you through this living museum. After snorkeling, relax on the pristine white sand of Turtle Beach, keeping an eye out for brown pelicans diving for their lunch offshore.

In addition to the main attraction islands, these are a few of our favorite experiences:

  • Historic Charlotte Amalie – Wander through cobblestone alleyways lined with Danish colonial architecture, local markets, and duty-free shops. Climb the famous 99 Steps for a panoramic view of the harbor, then cool off with a tropical cocktail.
  • Quelbe Music Experience – Enjoy the soul-stirring rhythms of the USVI’s official musical style. Attend a live performance at a local festival or beachside bar, where the infectious blend of African, European, and Caribbean influences will have you moving to the beat of centuries-old traditions.
  • Annaberg Sugar Plantation Ruins – Step back in time as you explore the haunting beauty of this 18th-century sugar plantation on St. John. Walk among the weathered stone structures, imagining the bustle of colonial life while taking in sweeping views of Leinster Bay and the British Virgin Islands beyond.

For your sailing itinerary, popular routes include:

  • St. Thomas to Cruz Bay Crossing – Set sail from Charlotte Amalie harbor, watching the urban landscape give way to lush green hills as you navigate the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Approach St. John’s Cruz Bay, where colorful buildings and swaying palms welcome you to this more laid-back island paradise.
  • East End Cays Adventure – Chart a course around St. Thomas’ eastern tip, where a string of captivating cays awaits. Drop anchor at Cas Cay to snorkel in crystal-clear waters teeming with tropical fish, then enjoy a sunset barbecue on the powder-soft sands of Water Island.

Off-the-beaten-path gems:

  • Water Island Serenity – Discover the tranquil charms of the “fourth” Virgin Island, just a short sail from St. Thomas. Anchor in Honeymoon Beach’s turquoise waters and spend the day lounging on uncrowded shores, snorkeling reefs, or hiking to World War II-era Fort Segarra for panoramic views of the surrounding islands.
  • Salt River Bay Expedition – Venture to St. Croix’s north shore to explore this unique ecological and historical treasure. Kayak through mangrove forests in the only known site where Christopher Columbus landed in what is now U.S. territory. Dive or snorkel the underwater canyon, home to rare bioluminescent organisms that create a magical night time display.

Comparing BVI and USVI Sailing Experiences

While both destinations offer Caribbean charm and excellent sailing, key differences set them apart. The BVI tends to have more consistent winds and calmer seas, ideal for leisurely island-hopping. The USVI, with its longer passages, caters to those seeking a bit more adventure in their sailing.

Culturally, the BVI retains a stronger British influence, evident in its customs and traditions.

The USVI, as an American territory, offers a unique blend of Caribbean and U.S. cultures.

For instance, you’ll find cricket matches in the BVI, while American sports are common in the USVI.

The BVI is known for its numerous uninhabited islands and cays, perfect for those seeking seclusion.

In contrast, the USVI offers a mix of bustling ports and untouched natural areas, providing a more varied experience.

Planning Your Caribbean Yacht Adventure With Waypoints Yacht Charters

The most popular time to visit both the BVI and USVI is during the dry season, from December to April. However, sailing is enjoyable year-round, with the shoulder seasons offering fewer crowds and lower prices. For more on traveling during this period, check out our more extensive article here .

When booking with Waypoints Yacht Charters, you’ll benefit from our expertise in both destinations.

Our team can help you choose between the BVI and USVI based on your sailing experience, desire for cultural experiences, and preference for developed or more secluded areas. Not only that, but we have charter bases in each. Read on to see what you can enjoy at each.

The Waypoints Yacht Charters Experience in USVI

The Waypoints USVI base is located at Frenchtown Marina in St. Thomas, just a 10-minute cab ride from Cyril E. King International Airport (STT). This prime location allows for easy access to the surrounding islands and a quick start to your USVI sailing adventure.

Embarkation begins at noon on the first day of your charter, with sleep aboard options available from 4:00 p.m. The Waypoints team provides comprehensive online briefings prior to your arrival, followed by an in-person review and chart briefing at the base.

Rae Ann A. shares her experience with Waypoints USVI:

“We have been chartering catamarans, both bareboat and crewed, for many years and from many charter companies – in the VI, the Bahamas and Europe. Our bareboat charter experience with Waypoints was the best we’ve ever had, from the initial call with the sales office all the way through to checking back in at the end of our journey. The staff at Waypoints is very professional and also very relaxed and friendly. Everyone went out of their way to give us a great experience.”

Why You’ll Love The BVI Waypoints Yacht Charters Base

The Waypoints BVI base is situated at Nanny Cay Marina on Tortola, providing an excellent starting point for your BVI adventure. Located on the south side of the island, about 3 miles west of Road Town, the base offers easy access to the surrounding islands.

Embarkation begins at noon on the first day of your charter, with sleep aboard options available from 5:00 p.m. The knowledgeable staff conducts thorough yacht briefings, typically lasting 45-90 minutes depending on the vessel size.

Getting to the base is convenient whether you fly into Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (EIS) on Tortola or Cyril E. King International Airport (STT) on St. Thomas. From St. Thomas, you can take a ferry to Tortola, with private water taxi options available for a more personalized transfer.

Solomon G., a satisfied customer, wrote:

“We had an amazing experience on an 8-day bareboat charter with Waypoints Yacht Charters BVI. I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had with a bareboat charter company. Saying this boat was in pristine condition is an understatement. Anthony and his team are absolutely amazing.”

Another client, Peter F., said:

“Just completed a 10-day bareboat sail on Tupelo Honey and had a spectacular time. I cannot say enough praise for this ‘young/new’ company which is run by very experienced professionals who clearly know how to cater to every need for the charter sailor. The equipment is new and clearly well-maintained by very helpful and friendly staff all in a classic BVI setting of the well-positioned full service Nanny Cay Marina. There is no doubt we will be back.”

Why Choose Waypoints Yacht Charters?

Whether you choose the British Virgin Islands or the U.S. Virgin Islands, a Caribbean sailing adventure promises plenty of unforgettable experiences. The BVI offers easier sailing and a more laid-back atmosphere, while the USVI provides a mix of American comforts and Caribbean charm.

Whichever you choose, Waypoints Yacht Charters is here to help facilitate your journey with our boutique approach and unparalleled local knowledge. Contact our Waypoints Yacht Charter Specialists today to start planning your Caribbean sailing escape in the BVI or USVI.

Sailing yachts like Mike Lynch's are 'unsinkable bodies', CEO of boat manufacturing firm says

Bayesian superyacht which sank off Italy is an "unsinkable" vessel, Giovanni Costantino, CEO of The Italian Sea Group, said.

Vessels like Mike Lynch's stricken superyacht are "unsinkable", according to the chief executive of the firm which makes and sells them.

Giovanni Costantino, CEO of The Italian Sea Group, told Sky News there are no flaws with the design and construction of the Bayesian superyacht which capsized in a storm off the coast of Porticello, Sicily, on Monday.

Five bodies were found by divers on Wednesday - taking the number of confirmed dead to six.

The Italian Sea Group also owns the firm that built British tech tycoon Mr Lynch's Bayesian, and Mr Costantino said the vessels "are the safest in the most absolute sense".

News of the sinking left CEO of The Italian Sea Group Giovanni Costantino in ‘sadness on the one hand and disbelief on the other’.

"Being the manufacturer of Perini [boats], I know very well how the boats have always been designed and built," he said.

"And as Perini is a sailing ship... sailing ships are renowned to be the safest ever."

He said their structure and keel made them "unsinkable bodies".

Mr Costantino said news of the sinking "put me in a state of sadness on one side and of disbelief on the other".

"This incident sounds like an unbelievable story, both technically and as a fact," he said.

It is understood Italian prosecutors investigating the incident are continuing to hold interviews with the survivors.

On Tuesday they questioned the captain for more than two hours to help reconstruct what happened and provide useful technical details.

Four British inspectors are also in Porticello and have begun a preliminary assessment of events.

It is understood they will look at all relevant aspects of the incident, including the design, stability, and operation of the vessel. They will also examine the effects of the weather conditions experienced.

Twenty-two people were on board the vessel, 15 of whom were rescued - including Briton Charlotte Golunski and her one-year-old daughter Sofia.

Divers will resume efforts on Thursday morning to bring ashore a body they found earlier. One more person remains missing.

'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' Star Finally Reveals if Storylines Are Fake

Below Deck Sailing Yacht star Gary King is going on the record to clarify that the show is definitely not scripted . The news comes in the middle of rumors surrounding producer plants and fake storylines in the Below Deck franchise . However, after his years of experience as a crew member, the reality star can confirm that the drama is as real as it gets.

King recently took to Instagram and answered some fan questions on his story. One of the questions read: “Do the Below Deck producers tell guests to act crazy or are the guests just crazy?” As a response, King denied the rumors and claimed that all guests on the show were actually just crazy.

Another follower asked the reality star whether the producers influenced the drama on the show. Gary replied with a joke saying: “Yeah, they asked us to crash the boat” before clarifying that he was just kidding and that Below Deck Saling Yacht is a completely unscripted show. The yachting industry veteran clarified that the producers let things play out as they are without telling anyone what to do.

'Below Deck' Has Been Accused of Faking Storylines Previously

According to Below Deck executive producers Mark Cronin and Courtland Cox , fans have a huge misconception about the franchise. Cox believes that the viewers don’t understand how real Below Deck is. She added that as producers, his and Cronin’s job is to stay in the background and let things happen. The producer also claimed that the things that actually happen on the show are too wild for anyone to come up with.

Linda P. Jones , who was a guest on Below Deck Season 6, also went on the record to talk about her experience on the show. She took to her personal website and explained that Below Deck is 100 percent real . Jones also spilled the beans on her one-on-one time with Captain Lee and expressed how fascinating it was to hear his stories and ask him questions. She was also all praises for crew members Kate Chastain and Josiah Carter for their professionalism and the five star service they provided to all the guests.

The former guest talked about her time on the yacht and explained how nerve-wracking it is as guests. Jones confessed that while she avoided going down the slide because she didn’t want to be on camera with her makeup smeared and hair wet. She also shared that none of the guests faced any service problems except one night when they didn’t have any bath towels in their rooms. However, she noted that the moment never made it to the show.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5 is expected to premiere in Fall 2024. All previous seasons of the show are available to stream on Peacock in the U.S.

Below deck producers scramble to fix mistakes as gary king's bad behavior sparks cancellation rumors.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht is facing cancellation rumors after Gary King’s scandalous behavior continues to push viewers away from the series, and producers scramble to fix their mistakes . While some are excited for the idea of Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 , many are concerned about the show returning with Gary still part of the cast. Throughout Below Deck Sailing Yacht ’s run, the spin-off has been one of the more interesting iterations of the series. Following the crew of Captain Glenn Shephard’s Parsifal III, the spin-off of the original Below Deck features a more consistent crew of specialized sailing yachties.

While Gary has been part of Below Deck Sailing Yacht ’s cast for most of its run, others have also been familiar to the crew of the Parsifal III. Daisy Kelliher and Colin MacRae, who found themselves in a love triangle with Gary during Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 , have been a major part of the series along with the controversial First Officer. Although Gary has been part of the crew for most of its run, his behavior has always been an issue for Below Deck viewers, and the scandal he’s embroiled in now could potentially get the show canceled .

Gary’s Scandalous Behavior Has Always Been An Issue

He’s never been great to women.

Although Gary ’s behavior in recent years has been worse than ever, things have always been touch-and-go regarding Gary and the level of respect he has for women. While Gary has always been clear that his behavior isn’t predatory , the way he behaves toward the women on the crew of Parsifal III as well as the guests hasn’t been the most comfortable. Gary’s reputation has been questionable for years, but things have escalated in recent years.

20 Best Reality TV Shows Right Now

Reality TV is more popular than ever. With so many to choose from, here are some of the best reality TV shows to stream or watch right now.

While Gary’s been called a playboy for the majority of his time on Below Deck Sailing Yacht, he was finally called out for his behavior after the most recent season of the series. During the BDSY season 4 reunion, he was questioned about his relationship with Daisy, as well as the way he behaved toward Mads Herrera and Lucy Edmunds , who didn’t seem entirely comfortable with Gary’s actions. Eschewing any allegations of misbehavior away, Gary did his best to play coy about the fact that he was openly making women uncomfortable.

The Sexual Misconduct Against Gary Took The Drama To Another Level

His behavior hasn’t been well received.

After Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 came to a close, sexual misconduct allegations about Gary and a Below Deck franchise makeup artist came to light. The makeup artist, Samantha Suarez, alleged that Gary was aggressive with her, making her uncomfortable while she was trying to do her job and get him ready for filming. While the account is difficult to read, the behavior does seem like something Gary would do given his behavior in the past. Gary has maintained his innocence throughout the ordeal, and Below Deck hasn’t seemed to penalize him, nor have they given a public statement.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Producers Have Allowed Gary To Get Away With Too Much

Will they be able to fix their mistakes.

Although Bravo removed Gary from their BravoCon lineup in 2023, there is already another season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht filmed with Gary in the cast and may be released in the coming months. Since Below Deck producers have had some issues with sexual misconduct in the last year, there has been a lot of talk about how they need to address their problems internally, but Gary being part of Below Deck Sailing Yacht makes it hard to make any strides in the right direction. By allowing Gary to get away with poor behavior, t hey’re unable to make genuine change .
