Steve was fantastic! My daughter really wanted to go on a boat ride, so we rented Steve's boat for 3 hours to take us around for a leisurely ride through Cape May and Wildwood and it was great. Very knowledgeable about the history of the area, and some took us by some interesting places to visit. He even bought us drink near the end of the trip. The boat itself is very nice and clean. Really enjoyed the trip and would book with him again! Thank you Commodor Steve for the great day!

Our powerboat options include bowriders, center consoles, and pontoon boats that can accommodate parties of up to 8 passengers. We offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day rentals based on your preferences. We encourage you to have an NJ boater safety certificate when renting our boats; however, one is not required. If you do not have an NJ boater safety certificate, complete a pre-rental boater safety instructional course at our marina before your rental.

Welcome to Captain Mikes Marina! Established in 1935 and is located in the beautiful and historic Tuckerton/Little Egg Harbor area and conveniently off of Route 9 at the 4th bridge on Great Bay Blvd.

We are a proud family owned business located in the pristine surroundings of the salt marshes with magnificent water views and gorgeous scenery of the birds and other wildlife.

We’re conveniently located 45 minutes between Atlantic City and Long Beach island, with a 5 minute boat ride out of Little Egg inlet to the ocean.

Boat Rentals Available Near Atlantic City and LBI

Boat rentals include 16-19 foot Carolina skiffs, 18 and 24 foot pontoons and various size kayaks for your pleasure. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

We sell gasoline and also have a bait and tackle store with all your fishing/crabbing needs; tackle, fresh and frozen baits, ice, snacks, and refreshments.

Captain Mikes: Slip Rentals Available

We offer yearly boat slip rentals and dry storage along with 2 concrete launching ramps.

Captain Mikes: Seasonal Hours

Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. open 7 days a week

Our seasonal boat slips are available from May 1 – Oct 15 and are based on availability. Limited spots are available. Dry storage is available for those who want to trailer their boats in and out but leave their boat on the trailer at the marina.

We have a fenced in property and all slip/dry storage customers have a key to enter/leave at their convenience when the business is closed.

Important Note: Captain Mike’s reserves the right to cancel your reservation due to inclement weather. Refunds are available of course.

Striper season boat slip rentals are available from Oct. 15 through the balance of the year, Hours are Friday – Mondays depending on weather….

Capt. Mike’s not only rents fishing boats but also has kayaks in our fleet. We offer spectacular views and memories never to be forgotten.

If you’re a beginner or advanced kayak paddler, we have a beautiful location for you to enjoy your day on the water. Our local waters offer a large variety of fishing and crabbing opportunities.

Our store offers a variety of seasonal baits and supplies for your fishing and crabbing trips. We also offer kayak tours with advanced reservation.

Remember, our location is one of the few places in New Jersey with this much open public space to fish and crab by boat as well as along the shore. Knowing the tides and weather at the shore can be crucial in determining the best times to catch so please plan your trip accordingly.
