She was delivered by the renowned boatbuilder . in 2019. A well-done refit was finalized in 2022. The expansive yacht layout features 18 cozy cabins and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 36 guests.

Bella is classified as a superyacht. The roomy aft deck is right next to the meticulously composed main saloon. Kid's Playground Not just adults, the kids can also have a blast aboard Bella. The kids' playroom is stacked with toys, a ball pit, and a climbing wall. If the the young ones do not want (understandably), to leave this adventurous room, they can spend the night there. Three single beds and an ensuite bathroom ensure a well-rested night. Relax and Enjoy the Outdoors in Style The spacious teak sundeck features a jacuzzi where the guests are able to relax while enjoying the passing scenery. Padded sunchairs and a shaded seating area are ideal for lounging with a glass of wine or a refreshing beverage. For the more active guests, there is also an outdoor gym and a full range of exciting water toys. Get Pampered and Fit In the brand new beauty salon, the guests can get their hair done, as well as a mani and pedicure, so they look their best for the evening. To guarantee the luxury level, there is also a hammam – a Turkish spa, and a fish spa. There is also a fully equipped gym with an area for yoga and pilates, in case the guests want to stay fit during their voyage at sea.

Most expenses are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), a fund that is added on top of the charter price. The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption). You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled). After her recent refit, yacht Bella is able to accommodate up to 20 guests in her mesmerizing 10 suites. The new features include a gentlemen's bar, a beauty salon, a kids' playroom, a cinema room, an outdoor gym, and top-of-the-line water toys.

Bella's interior is something you don't see on many yachts. Floor-to-ceiling windows make the salon bright and breezy. Marble floors, large dining tables with padded chairs, and a fully stocked bar ensure entertainment in full class. The gentlemen's bar includes a large selection of the best whiskeys and cigars in the world.

Relax and Enjoy the Outdoors in Style

The spacious teak sundeck features a jacuzzi where the guests are able to relax while enjoying the passing scenery. Padded sunchairs and a shaded seating area are ideal for lounging with a glass of wine or a refreshing beverage. For the more active guests, there is a full range of exciting water toys.

In the brand new beauty salon, the guests can get their hair done, as well as a mani and pedicure, so they look their best for the evening. A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance)

30% of the charter price:  To cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for tender and water sports equipment;  additional fuel for cruising (above 4 h per day) , food and beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbor charges including pilots ’fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities, charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; shipping agents’ fees where applicable; Charter Party personal laundry; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request, shoreside transport and excursions, national park entrances and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included. A.P.A is paid by the Client in addition to the charter fee for all relevant costs for the vessel that are not included in the charter fee. If A.P.A does not cover complete costs, the Client will pay exceeding the amount on board in cash. If costs made on charter are less than the amount is given as A.P.A, the amount that was not spent will be returned to the Client at the end of the voyage. A.P.A. does not include a tip for the crew.

• Tips are not included in the price of the charter and are a voluntary way of showing appreciation for a good service. Usually, it is 10% to 15% of the charter price, according to your satisfaction, paid to the captain at the end of the charter and distributed equally by the captain to the rest of the crew.

How does the charter agreement work?

Once your chosen yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard MYBA or Goolets charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the yacht's central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

What are the payment terms?

After signing the MYBA or Goolets charter agreement, a deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is required. You can pay the fee via bank transfer or credit card (only Visa or MasterCard). The other 50%, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (if applicable), taxes, positioning fees, and any previously agreed charges are payable via bank transfer eight weeks before departure.

What are the actual operating expenses?

Once you made the final payment of the charter, you pay the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). Under MYBA terms, this fee is usually between 30% - 40% of the total charter cost.

This covers the operating expenses of a charter (explained under Charter Terms), such as fuel, food, drinks, port fees, and ad hoc incidentals. The APA is given to the captain before the start of your charter. Some yachts and gulets also offer food/drinks packages which are normally paid in cash during embarkation, while the port taxes are paid during embarkation according to the costs presented by the captain. The Captain ensures that the yacht is fully fuelled and stocked when you step on board. 

While an up-to-date summary of accounts can be requested at any time during your charter, a full set of accounts will normally be submitted by your captain at the end of the cruise. 

In case of surpassing the amount of money already paid during your yacht charter (with the APA), additional funds (in cash) will be required at once. If there is an outstanding balance from the yacht charter, it should be settled in cash or by bank transfer before you disembark. In case of a remaining credit at the end of your charter, you will be fully reimbursed. 

If a transfer by car to and from the yacht is required, it can be arranged either by the charter company or by the yacht’s captain, payment for which will be deducted from your APA.

How can we make your yacht charter personalized?

To ensure a unique and tailor-made charter experience, we will send you a detailed questionnaire eight weeks before you embark on your yacht. You can tell us your group's preferences and special requirements, such as dietary or medical needs, any particular wishes regarding exercise, entertainment, or if you are celebrating a special occasion. 

Are internet and satellite TV connections available onboard?

In case you really need to get some work done during your vacation, no worries. On most yachts, there is mobile broadband internet and satellite TV, so you will stay connected to the rest of the world. Just keep in mind that the service can be limited in some areas (you are in the middle of the sea after all). If you anticipate regular usage of the internet, let us know prior to embarking, as upgrades might be subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

Is smoking allowed onboard?

Smoking is permitted only on the outside decks, and on some yachts, only in dedicated outdoor areas. Please consult our charter brokers for more information. For safety reasons, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited on all yachts.

Are tips for the crew mandatory?

Even though tips are not mandatory, the guests normally extend a gratuity to the devoted crew. The amount depends on the guest's satisfaction, but it is approximately 10% of the charter fee. The tips are equally distributed among all crew members by the captain.

Should I get any insurance?

In case of unforeseen circumstances that might prevent the charter, we highly recommend taking out the Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance to protect the investment. Besides that, the guests should be covered by Personal Accident and Medical Insurance, and their belongings are insured against theft, loss, or damage. Charterers’ Liability insurance is also highly recommended. Contact your broker for further assistance and additional advice regarding the insurance.

How are the charter rates calculated?

Charter rates are estimated weekly. If a charter exceeds seven days, they are calculated pro-rata against the weekly rate divided by seven and multiplied by the number of charter days. Keep in mind that some yachts are only chartered on a weekly (Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday) basis, especially during the high season.

High and low season rates vary depending on charter locations and types of yachts. The high rates apply to the most popular charter periods (July/August and Christmas/New Year), and to all major events. Low season rates apply to all other periods.

The charter rates on our website are up to date but may be subject to change. 

What are the charter terms?

Most charter rates are based on MYBA Terms, which entail that the yacht is in full commission, with all necessary equipment, properly insured for marine risks, and managed by a crew, whose wages, food, and clothing are the owner’s expense.

All other operating expenses are charged to the charterer and include (but are not limited to): fuel and lubricating oils for the yacht and her tenders; local taxes; pilotage; port, harbor, and marina dues; customs clearance; water and power; personal laundry; all provisions, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and consumables for the charterer’s group; shoreside excursions, telecommunication, and internet costs.

Please note that, occasionally, a yacht may offer an alteration on the terms described above. For further information about specific yachts, consult your broker.

Do any other taxes apply?

For charters in European waters, Value Added Tax and delivery costs may be charged on the gross Charter Fee, due to the European Union tax legislation. In other countries, local taxes may also apply. Depending on your chosen charter destination, our brokers will provide any prevalent rates.

Extra payments:

• A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance), 30% of the charter price:  To cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for tender and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbor charges including pilots ’fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities, charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; shipping agents’ fees where applicable; Charter Party personal laundry; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request, shoreside transport and excursions, national park entrances and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included. A.P.A is paid by the Client in addition to the charter fee for all relevant costs for the vessel that are not included in the charter fee. If A.P.A does not cover complete costs, the Client will pay exceeding the amount on board in cash. If costs made on charter are less than the amount is given as A.P.A, the amount that was not spent will be returned to the Client at the end of the voyage. A.P.A. does not include a tip for the crew.

• To drive a Jet Ski in Croatia one needs to have a boat driving permit with him/her when on the Wave Runner. It is forbidden to allow a person to drive a Wave Runner if one does not have a licence with him/her.

BELLA is available for charter in Croatia, an exceptional destination with a myriad of islands and islets, a rich historical heritage, fascinating architecture and exquisite Mediterranean cuisine.

Accommodation & Deck Areas

Bella offers a range of versatile accommodation options, catering to diverse groups with its array of cabins, layouts, and amenities. Notably, it boasts three master cabins, which is truly unique, distinguished by their spaciousness, luxurious design, and sophisticated smart home

installations. These master cabins also feature en- suite bathrooms, with the added indulgence of in- cabin bathtubs. Additionally, the yacht provides

two convertible cabins, along with two fixed twin cabins, two double cabins and one triple cabin. In the event of additional children in the group, the option of utilizing the children’s playroom for their sleeping arrangements is also available.

Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, BELLA offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. BELLA comfortably cruises at 8-12 knots.

After its second refit, Yacht Bella will host 20 guests in 10 cabins. New features comprise a whiskey/cigar lounge, beauty area, kids' room, cinema, fitness space, and premium water toys.

The interior of Yacht Bella is an uncommon sight. The salon is bright and open, with floor-to-ceiling windows, marble-like floors, and a large eating space. Along with a bio-ethanol stove, grand piano, and TV-equipped sofa, two sofas provide great countryside views. A well-stocked bar adds to the attractiveness, transforming it into a first-rate entertainment venue for guests.

Bella has a variety of accommodations to accommodate a wide range of groups. It is notable for having three distinct master cabins with ample space, elegance, and smart home amenities. En-suite bathrooms and in-cabin bathtubs give a touch of luxury. There are two convertible cabins, two twin cabins, two double cabins, and one triple cabin on the yacht. The children's playroom can also be used as a sleeping area for additional children.

In addition to its magnificent well-lit salon, Bella has a spacious deck with an adjacent large dining table, ideal for dining al fresco. This outdoor eating option, ideal for breakfast or dinner, provides breathtaking views of bays, pine trees, and small towns. It's a place to indulge your senses, unwind, read, or let your kids run wild.

The teak sundeck of the yacht features a luxury pool and Jacuzzi, providing a tranquil location for guests to unwind amidst breathtaking landscape. Sun loungers, sofas, and shaded seating create the tone for a relaxing drink. The deck is adorned with lush foliage, a well-stocked bar, and a Kamado grill for enjoyable dining. This deck also has a master cabin, which is convenient for the captain.

The Gentlemen's Club features the finest whiskeys, cigars, wines, and quality prosciutto from across the world. A separate poker area provides seclusion and smoke control. A pole dance can be arranged upon request, and the poker table can be stowed overhead.

The yacht price does not include:

• Tickets for national parks and other street tickets

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance)

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of the charter price: paid with the balance for covering running costs during the charter (food, drinks, fuel for motorized water sports, mooring fees, anchoring, and anything else that guests might need while on charter). Final accounts will be produced by the Captain at the end of the charter and any unused funds will be refunded in full to the Charterer directly. If the funds are not sufficient, the Captain will advise the Charterer accordingly and bills will be settled upon disembarkation.

Note: APA to be paid in cash on board or as a wire transfer with the last payment to a shipping agent’s account. If APA is to be paid as a wire transfer, commission of 2% for the shipping agent will be deducted from the APA.

The beautiful Bella yacht offers fantastic sailing itineraries around Croatia. Explore the Dalmatian Coastline in comfort and luxury aboard the Bella yacht. There is the choice of 4 cabin classes available, ranging from lower-deck up to the sundeck. Each cabin features an en-suite bathroom with warm water shower, individually controlled AC, LCD TV, ample storage space, charging ports and reading lights. Akin to a floating boutique hotel, the Bella offers all modern comforts for your home-away-from-home.

Located on the top deck are comfortable loungers, a hot tub and even a small plunge pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the late afternoon sun. The middle deck has several outdoor terraces which create the perfect place to read a book, chat to fellow ship-mates or enjoy a coffee while taking in the surroundings. The dining room has large panoramic windows and plenty of tables for guests to enjoy the daily buffet breakfast and 4-course lunches, and the Captains Dinner.

Itineraries aboard the M/S Bella offer the choice of 4, 5 or 8-days from Split or Dubrovnic. The shorter routes are perfect for those who are short on time, but still want to experience the beauty of Croatia. The longer 7-night itineraries are ideal for spending a blissful week soaking up the sun and culture of the Croatian islands and coast. Welcome aboard the beauty of the Adriatic Sea ‘BELLA’. This yacht boasts a unique and modern design, complete with high-end technology, giving you the feeling of being a celebrity in a five-star hotel. It is set to be fully renovated and available in 2023/2024, with nothing but the best included. The spacious lounge and decks make it perfect for large groups seeking a luxurious and fun experience.

Each cabin comes with an ensuite bathroom and spacious closet, designed with materials hand-picked by the interior designer to offer the ultimate luxury and comfort of a top-tier hotel. Wi-Fi is available throughout the yacht, allowing you to stay connected while on board. Additionally, you can find the magical voice of Alexa in every cabin. Our staff is always available to assist and answer your questions.

On the left side of the yacht, guests can access a playroom, movie room, PlayStation, pool with children's toys, hairdressing services, and a manicure and pedicure salon. The playroom includes additional beds for children's sleeping needs, while the gym features Pilates, calisthenics, and yoga facilities. On the starboard side of the deck, guests can indulge in an exclusive experience at the whiskey, wine, and cigar bar with noise isolation. The bar features an extensive collection of whiskey, wine, cigars, and premium whole legs of prosciutto.

After a delicious dinner, you can continue your evening in the hot tub on the deck, or relax in the hammam – a Turkish steam bath. Start your morning with a delicious smoothie or fresh fruit, take a yoga class or take a dip in the crystal clear Adriatic sea. For all the adventure types, there are jet skis, paddleboards, kayaks, and the water polo ball which you can use at any time.

Besides the beautiful turquoise water, Croatia offers many hidden gems on land too. Our experienced crew can create a personalized route where you can explore the old towns along the coast, and/or book a whole bar/lounge for your group of friends so you can experience Croatia on a whole new level.

Bella cruise is an additional value cruise; with every detail being tailored to exceed your expectations for a comfortable, relaxing and far from the crowd cruise on a unique and creative itinerary. Our excursion packages have been carefully planned to reveal to you the very essence of the Dalmatian coast in a life-enriching way. Passenger cabins are situated on four decks; the Lower, Main, Upper and Sun deck. Crew members are accommodated in separate quarters. All guest - cabins are fully air-conditioned and conveniently designed with modern private ensuites. The cabins are equipped with queen-size and twin beds of which two cabins have an additional bed at disposal. Each cabin also has a cupboard, cabinet, window or porthole and a private ensuite, LCD TV, safe. Finished with a sophisticated modern look that is characterised by the use of high-quality materials including exotic woods and marble, BELLA’s spacious interior is designed to offer guests a luxurious and comfortable living space during charters.

BELLA’s main salon is finished in white with light-coloured wood, which complements the large windows and creates a bright and airy feel. A stylish lounge and bar leads into a formal dining area where guests can enjoy delicious cuisine prepared by one of BELLA’s two private chefs.

Putting the focus firmly on health and wellbeing, BELLA’s lower deck features a magnificent private spa with a treatment room plus a large sauna and shower area where you can relax and unwind at the end of another day in paradise.

Beautifully finished in shades of cream and light grey with turquoise accents, BELLA has eighteen staterooms spread across her four decks and can accommodate up to thirty-six guests in total comfort when cruising.

Designed with large windows that allow natural light to flood into the interior space, BELLA’s guest accommodation includes three master suites, five double staterooms and ten twin staterooms.

Each of the staterooms comes with an ensuite bathroom with many featuring a free-standing bath tub, and is fully air conditioned for the long summer season.

A 47m motor yacht with an elegant two-tone exterior, BELLA’s interior is more than matched by her spacious exterior. Cruising comfortably at 8 knots, she boasts multiple outdoor lounge and dining areas across her four decks, allowing you to soak up the sun as you explore the Croatian coastline.

Designed for outdoor living, on the main deck aft you’ll find a covered lounge area with steps leading down to the bathing platform below. The upper deck aft can be used as a formal dining area while in the bow of the yacht you’ll find a forward-facing lounge area, perfect for an intimate lunch.

Moving up to the upper deck, guests will find a spacious sun deck that is the perfect space for socialising with friends and family. Featuring a chic covered lounge area with a bar and BBQ, BELLA’s swimming pool and raised Jacuzzi are surrounded by loungers, inviting you to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

BELLA’s exciting collection of water toys includes a 6.5m tender and a 4.2m tender, a jet ski and SeaBob plus two kayaks, and two stand-up paddleboards.
