• What is the Cruising Area for a Single Day Charter? The Cruising Area will be confined to the waters between Venice, FL and St. Petersburg, FL and waters up to 7 miles offshore. The cruise will begin and end in Sarasota or agreed upon port.
• Are There Any Conditions or Policies for the Center Ring? - The Guest shall comply, and ensure that all Guests comply, with the laws of the USA, State of Florida, and the various counties and municipalities that the M/Y Center Ring may traverse during the Event Period. - The Guest shall ensure that the behavior of all Guests shall not cause a nuisance to any person on the waters or on shore. - All Guests shall afford the Owner, Captain, and Crew due respect at all times and shall not subject them to any type of harassment (sexual or otherwise).
• Are Pets Allowed On Board? There will be no pets or other animals allowed on board.
• Is Smoking Permitted on the Charter? Smoking, under no circumstances, will be allowed in the interior of the vessel. Smoking will be allowed on the main deck both fore and aft.

Island Time Charter is a private charter business owned and operated by Captain Chet Zoltak. He has been offering cruises of Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico since 2014. ITC serves passengers from the greater Sarasota/Bradenton area. The company is a TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice 2021 recipient. The boat, Island Time , comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.

Celebrate your next event Florida-style on Sarasota’s floating tropical paradise. Enjoy a breathtaking sunset, then dance the night away listening to music under a twinkling sky. LeBarge has four beautiful live palm trees and decorative mermaids on the top deck, and our 60-foot double-decker boat has both indoor and outdoor seating. A full bar on each deck will accommodate all your guests with ease. Make that special event you’re planning unique by cruising on LeBarge Tropical Cruises! Private charters are great for weddings, anniversaries, reunions, corporate events, birthday parties, and even burials at sea.

ADDITIONAL INFO

• 2024 rates range from $3,100.00 – $4,300.00. This varies depending on time of day , day of the week , and the time of year .
• After Sunset Charters also available. Please inquire with the office for information on this option
• Extra Hour Charges – $1,000.00 plus additional staffing fee and Entertainer fee
• There is an additional charge for a requested pick up at a location other than our dock. This pick up charge starts at $350.
• 7% sales tax is added to charter price.
• A deposit of 1/2 is required to secure your booking
• Staffing Fee: Starting at $200.00
• Minimum passenger count 65 (Additional fees incurred for leaving the dock with less than minimum requirement. Will be collected at the end of the trip.)
• Maximum capacity is 120  (non negotiable) .
• Only “finger foods” and appetizers can be brought onboard. We can recommend excellent caterers.
• Buffet tables with tablecloths are available upon request.
• Paper goods are not supplied by LeBarge.
• No beverages can be brought onboard  (including bottled water) .
• Any open bar will be subject to a 20% gratuity.
• Our entertainers can be hired at a cost of $250.00 for two hours. $100.00 added for each additional hour.
• You may provide your own entertainment – band or DJ. Access to power source provided; however, connection to our soundsystem is not available.
• iPods can be connected to our sound system at no additional charge.

Captain Rob has been boating for many years and knows all the best spots in this area. He is a registered Coast Guard approved OUPV Captain fully trained in all aspects of this Merchant Mariner Credential, to include CPR and First Aid. Our boat sports a super-deluxe helm, bow and stern seating configuration, which has two seats with arms and four polished drink holders, as well as a handrail across the back of the seats. Did we mention drink holders, our boat doesn't shrink on drink holders, they're particularly rife around the helm.
