NAVIS ONE 152.5’ (46.5m) Superyacht Now Available for Charter

Posted November 24, 2022 in Charter by Ashleigh King

The 152.5′ (46.5m) superyacht NAVIS ONE, built in Turkey by Gentech Yachts, is an exceptional vessel now available for charter for the first time since her launch in 2018. She cruises the east and west Mediterranean in the summer and the Maldives, Southeast Asia, Thailand and Malaysia in the winter. She is priced from $200,000 and available through Northrop & Johnson.

Acquired in early 2022, her new owner has spent months bringing her up to luxury charter standard, including an overhaul of all her machinery and systems, new interior and exterior furnishings, new AV systems throughout, as well as all-new tenders and toys. She was built to MCA and RINA compliance.

With exceptional interior volume, NAVIS ONE is an ideal cruiser perfect for exploration. She can comfortably accommodate 10 guests across five luxury staterooms. She is especially well-suited for families with an additional four beds for teens and an all-new watershed full of brand-new toys, including Sea Bobs, Sea-Doos, standup paddleboards, kayaks, two tenders, and diving, fishing and snorkeling gear. Her huge full-beam drop-down swim platform provides easy access to the sea and acts as a launch pad for her water toys. Additionally, her deck spaces include a Jacuzzi surrounded by sunpads and plenty of sunloungers.

NAVIS ONE underwent a major refit in 2022 upon being acquired by her new owner. Her fresh design is neutral and light and includes all-new interior and exterior furnishings, providing a chic getaway no matter your age.

YACHT CONCEPT

The pursuit of perfection... This approach has defined the nature of NAVIS ONE, the flagship model of the new Turkish megayacht builder, Soraya Yachts, a division of the global company Gentech, whose earlier interests spanned the luxury business aviation, engineering and real estate. A team of internationally renowned craftsmen, subcontractors and surveyors were in charge of the yacht's creation with the challenge of ensuring comfort and luxury onboard far above the leaders in the class.

Italy-based     . Meccano Engineering which successful collaborations with Benetti, CRN, Fincantieri, Perini Navi and even Carnival Cruise Lines speak for themselves, was responsible for the naval architecture. Thanks to Meccano Engineering the 46-meter vessel has got an impressive and predatory outlines and acquired an element that only the much bigger ones can boast, a helipad, which can be accessed by any guest at any time.

An ultra-modern yet elegant exterior is the work of the Italy-based design studio,  Uniellé Yacht Design , which has returned Admiral Tecnomar to the top of the yacht ratings. Here the designers turned to functionality, luminosity and lightness. The spacious and airy layout is comfortable and functional for holidays with families and friends as well as for special corporate or media events.

navis 1 yacht

Open spaces, handwork, aesthetic elements and luxurious workmanship were fundamental to the NAVIS ONE interior conceived and created by Slovenia-based design studio of maestro Ales Bratina. The floor to ceiling windows in the main saloon and dining areas offering unimpeded and spectacular panoramic views. The Upper Deck offers additional areas for socialising and entertaining, capable of hosting 12 guests and offering a large salon and cocktail bar suitable for both corporate events and private parties.

As for loud parties... with the NAVIS ONE you can forget about such a thing as noise, thanks to the Netherlands-based  _Van Cappellen Consultancy_ which has been handling sound and vibration control. According to the Comfort Class standards outlined by RINA, NAVIS ONE has decibels in the low to mid 40s in staterooms while underway. The decibels are in the low to mid 30s in those same spaces while the megayacht is at anchor. For comparison’s sake, normal conversation is 60 decibels and the average home or private office comes in around 40.

Add handmade furniture, the finest fabrics, pastel colors, stunning ultra-modern lighting and smart control of all systems, and you have NAVIS ONE interior in all its glory: creating comfort and aesthetic pleasure.

navis 1 yacht

GUEST CAPACITY

NAVIS ONE interior layout sleeps up to 14 guests in 5 rooms, including a master suite, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins.

The lower deck is fully dedicated to guests, with 4 carefully designed and luxuriously furnished for maximum peace and comfort guest staterooms with the latest entertainment equipment in all rooms. Each cabin is connected to an IP system which enables not only the control of HVAC functions and lighting but also the intercom, telephone, and internet connection.

The spacious and completely private master suite, with its own office, walk-in wardrobe and his-and-her bathroom areas is located on the Main Deck and offers the best view aboard.

Add Pullman beds for children in each of the cabins and the picture is complete.

navis 1 yacht

The international, hand-picked crew of 6 and an experienced captain with perfect knowledge of the local waters are a match for the ship and you will be 100% satisfied with the service. The crew's area is completely separated from the guest area so that nothing can distract guests from their perfect time.

Two world-class chefs offer impeccable European and Asian cuisine that you'll want to try again. For example, a senior chef from France, Frédéric, trained by the notorious maestro Alain Bile, will satisfy your cravings for haute Mediterranean cuisine, and a chef from Thailand will give you a variety of contrasting flavors of South-East Asia. You can enjoy your's star-level meals either indoors at NAVIS ONE formal dining tables, or al fresco on her upper deck.

ONBOARD COMFORT & ENTERTAINMENT

To all of the above, add a very large, semi-covered Sun Deck surrounded by a comfortable cushioned area.

A 6 person jacuzzi tub on Sun Deck is just perfect for relaxing with friends and family, while while enjoying the breathtaking tropical scenery.

A wet bar further enhances this popular location for both chilling out and partying, depending on your mood.

Air conditioning keeps conditions comfortable throughout the cabins and Decks, even on the hottest of days or nights.

navis 1 yacht

PERFORMANCE & RANGE

The NAVIS ONE is truly powerful and comfortable. Her displacement metal hull, bulbous-bow, and state-of-the-art roll stabilization systems will make any, even very long distance crossings pleasant and comfortable for the most sea-sensitive guests. She has a range of up to 4,500 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 12 knots. The yacht is equipped with twin 1,300 hp Caterpillar engines that give her a top speed of 16 knots, which is very fast for her size. With a thoughtful draft of 8 feet 2 inches (2.5 meters), the NAVIS ONE is a guest on just about any marina.

WATER ACTIVITIES

And when you want to take a dip in the warm tropical waters, head down to the Lower Deck, where you'll find a spacious beach club and an armada of fun toys, tenders, jet skis and sports equipment. The owner, an experienced yachtsman, is a perfectionist in this side of the charter, as he wanted to make NAVIS ONE an ideal yacht for a fun fueled holidays and exploration of the magical waters of South-East Asia.

Video: 47m superyacht Navis One destroyed by fire in Greece

Tuesday, October 10th, 2023

Written by: Marine Industry News

Navis One Yacht

The 46.7-metre Gentech superyacht Navis One has sunk after catching fire in Greece, with 22 people safely evacuated.

The luxury charter yacht (pictured above before the blaze), which was delivered in 2014, caught fire while cruising in the Cyclades island group on Tuesday evening (9 October 2023), before sinking in the early hours of Wednesday.

Local media reports that witnesses watched the yacht’s stern ablaze around 8pm local time, with police arriving on the scene shortly after. By 9pm, flames had spread to the top two levels of the yacht, fanned by strong breezes.

View this post on Instagram A post shared by @sea_through_my_eyes

The coastguard arrived before midnight, and the yacht was doused with water overnight before it began to list and eventually sink.

Witness reports observed large pieces of debris in the ocean near the accident site. According to local media, the yacht was carrying ten passengers and 12 crew, who were all safely evacuated to shore. No injuries have been reported.

According to charter listings, Navis One features exterior design by Uniellé Yacht Design, interior design by Ales Bratina and naval architecture by Meccano Engineering. The steel and aluminium yacht could accommodate up to 12 guests across five cabins, and a crew of 10.

The fire aboard Navis One is the latest in a number of recent yacht blazes. In September, AUS$10 million cruiser  Andiamo — owned by the billionaire family of late winemaker Bob Oatley — was destroyed by flames in Sydney’s Woolwich Dock.

In August, 17 people were rescued from the luxury yacht  Irmao , as the 88-foot vessel was engulfed in flames.  The incident occurred off the beach of Es Cavall d’En Borràs in the Ses Salines Natural Park, Formentera.

The same month, two people cruising in Traverse Bay, Michigan, were forced to jump into the water after their boat burst into flames.

Can you please do an analysis of why we have a proliferation of yachts on fire? Is it insurance fraud or increased lithium battery use or what?

Hello, I am the owner of the video taken of Navis One. Could you please re adjust your article to credit my husband Marco Fritz who filmed the video and myself Michelle Fritz/Fountaine who took the night blaze pictures. We both have a shared instagram account @Sea_though_my_eyes and would appreciate the credit since this other account @Izmir did not ask for permission. Kind regards.

Body of British tech magnate Mike Lynch is among those recovered from yacht wreckage, officials say

The Italian coast guard says the body of British tech magnate Mike Lynch is among those recovered off the coast of Sicily from the wreckage of a superyacht whose builders had called unsinkable

PORTICELLO, Sicily -- The Italian coast guard said Thursday the body of British tech magnate Mike Lynch is among those recovered off the coast of Sicily from the wreckage of a superyacht whose builders had called unsinkable.

One woman remains missing. She has not been identified, but Hannah Lynch, Lynch's 18-year-old daughter, is reportedly unaccounted for. The family had been celebrating his recent acquittal on fraud charges with the people who defended him at trial in the United States.

Five others were recovered by rescue crews following Monday's tragedy.

The Bayesian, a 56-meter (184-foot) British-flagged yacht, went down in a storm early Monday as it was moored about a kilometer (half a mile) offshore. Civil protection officials said they believe the ship was struck by a tornado over the water, known as a waterspout , and sank quickly.

Termini Imerese Public Prosecutor’s Office investigators were collecting evidence for a criminal investigation, which they opened immediately after the tragedy despite no formal suspects having been publicly identified.

The chief executive of The Italian Sea Group, which owns the Bayesian's manufacturer, said superyachts like these are “the safest in the most absolute sense.”

“First of all, because they have very little surface compared to a yacht facing into the wind,” CEO Giovanni Costantino told Sky News on Wednesday. "Second, with the structure, the drift keel, they become unsinkable bodies.”

Investigators are now looking at why the Bayesian, built in 2008 by Italian shipyard Perini Navi, sank while a nearby sailboat remained largely unscathed . Fifteen of the 22 people aboard survived by escaping in a lifeboat, including a mother who reported holding her 1-year-old baby over the waves to save her. They were rescued by the sailboat Sir Robert Baden Powell.

The sailboat's captain, Karsten Borner, said his craft sustained minimal damage — the frame of a sun awning broke — even with winds that he estimated had reached 12 on the Beaufort wind scale, which is the highest hurricane-strength force on the scale.

He said he had remained anchored with his engines running to try to maintain the ship’s position as the forecast storm rolled in.

“Another possibility is to heave anchor before the storm and to run downwind at open sea,” Borner said in a text message. But he said that might not have been possible for the Bayesian, given its 75-meter (246-foot) tall mast.

“If there was a stability problem, caused by the extremely tall mast, it would not have been better at open sea,” he said.

Yachts like the Bayesian are required to have watertight compartments that are specifically designed to prevent a rapid, catastrophic sinking even when some parts fill with water.

Lynch is the only person confirmed dead; the other bodies have not been formally identified by the Italian coast guard.

Besides Hannah Lynch, those missing are Christopher Morvillo, one of Lynch’s U.S. lawyers, and his wife, Neda; Jonathan Bloomer, chairman of Morgan Stanley’s London-based investment banking subsidiary, and his wife, Judy; and Recaldo Thomas, the superyacht’s chef.

Divers have struggled to find the bodies in the yacht’s hull on the seabed 50 meters (164 feet) underwater.

“We would need a crystal ball to know when we'll be able to find the next body," said Luca Cari, spokesperson for the fire rescue service.

“It's very difficult to move inside the wreckage. Moving just one meter can take up to 24 hours,” Cari said.

Italian Authorities Currently Don’t Have Anyone ‘Under Investigation’ over Luxury Yacht Sinking

Six people remain missing following the sinking of the 'Bayesian,' which capsized on Monday, Aug. 19 while moored about a half mile from the coast of Porticello, Sicily

The Italian authorities currently don't have anyone under investigation as the search continues for the six people who remain missing after a luxury yacht sank off the coast of Sicily.

Superyacht Bayesian capsized early on Monday, Aug. 19, while moored about a half mile from the coast of Porticello, according to a statement from the Italian Coast Guard, previously obtained by PEOPLE.

A source close to the investigators dealing with the incident tells PEOPLE that the "priority" is to search for and locate the missing people before the authorities look into what happened amid the tragedy.

"Obviously the priority is being able to work out what has happened to those that are missing and recover any bodies. At the moment, no one has been placed under investigation because until they find the bodies, they cannot evaluate any sort of accusation or charge," the source tells PEOPLE.

"But one thing that is striking is that nine out of 10 survivors are crew members. So once this phase is complete, there will be an attempt made to determine whether there were any incorrect maneuvers or negligence on the part of those managing the yacht, in order to determine whether there were any responsibilities in terms of what happened," the source added.

According to Reuters , prosecutors in the nearby town of Termini Imerese have opened an investigation into the tragedy. Per the Associated Press , prosecutors have yet to comment publicly on the matter.

A rescue operations source also told PEOPLE "it's unlikely anyone will be found during the course of today [Aug. 21]," due to the vessel being "designed differently from traditional ones in that the main cabins are at the stern."

"There's very much hope for a miracle; everyone expects them to be trapped inside, but the hope is for there to be some form of air pocket," the source added.

The missing passengers include British tech entrepreneur Mike Lynch and his 18-year-old daughter Hannah, along with New York City-based lawyer Christopher Morvillo — who helped Lynch get acquitted in his recent fraud case — and his wife Neda.

A source close to the survivors previously told PEOPLE the group had traveled to the Aeolian Islands to celebrate the legal victory.

Morgan Stanley International chairman Jonathan Bloomer and his wife are also missing. Lynch's wife Angela Bacares was one of the 15 passengers rescued, along with Charlotte Golunski , who previously opened up about saving her 1-year-old daughter Sophie.

"I held her afloat with all my strength, my arms stretched upwards to keep her from drowning,” Golunski told Italian newspaper  la Repubblica , according to a translation.

According to Italian media outlets, per  Reuters , a man's body was found after the sinking and later identified as the yacht’s chef.

Those who remain missing are presumed dead by many of the investigators, local sources previously told PEOPLE, though authorities are yet to comment on that.

Divers recover 5 bodies from wrecked superyacht off Sicily; 1 still missing

Divers searching the wreck of a superyacht that sank off Sicily found the bodies of five passengers Wednesday, leaving one still missing as questions intensified about why the vessel sank so quickly when a nearby sailboat remained largely unscathed.

PORTICELLO, Sicily — Divers searching the wreck of a superyacht that sank off Sicily found the bodies of five passengers Wednesday, leaving one still missing as questions intensified about why the vessel sank so quickly when a nearby sailboat remained largely unscathed.

Rescue crews brought four body bags ashore at Porticello. Salvatore Cocina, head of the Sicily civil protection agency, said a fifth body had been located. Divers on-scene said they would try to recover it on Thursday while continuing the search for the sixth.

The discovery made clear the operation to search the hull on the seabed 50 meters (164 feet) underwater had quickly turned into a recovery one, not a rescue, given the amount of time that had passed and with no signs of life over three days of searching.

The Bayesian, a 56-meter (184-foot) British-flagged yacht, went down in a storm early Monday as it was moored about a kilometer (a half-mile) offshore. Civil protection officials said they believed the ship was struck by a tornado over the water, known as a waterspout.

Fifteen people escaped in a lifeboat and were rescued by a nearby sailboat. The body of the ship's chef, Recaldo Thomas of Antigua, was recovered Monday.

Thomas was born in Canada, according to his cousin David Isaac, but visited his parents' homeland of Antigua as a child, and moved permanently to the tiny eastern Caribbean island in his early 20s. Italian officials previously listed Antigua and Canada as the nationality of people on board.

The fate of six missing passengers had driven the search effort, including British tech magnate Mike Lynch, his 18-year-old daughter and associates who had successfully defended him in a recent U.S. federal fraud trial.

Lynch's spokesperson did not respond to a request for comment Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Termini Imerese Public Prosecutor's Office investigators were acquiring evidence for their criminal investigation, which they opened immediately after the tragedy despite no formal suspects having been publicly identified.

Questions have abounded about what caused the superyacht, built in 2008 by Italian shipyard Perini Navi, to rapidly sink, when the nearby Sir Robert Baden Powell sailboat was largely spared and managed to rescue the survivors.

Giovanni Costantino, head of The Italian Sea Group, which owns the ship maker, blamed human error for the disaster, which he said took 16 minutes. ''The ship sank because it took on water. From where, the investigators will say,'' he told RAI state television after he met with prosecutors.

Costantino cited AIS ship tracking data which he said showed the Bayesian had taken on water for four minutes when a sudden gust of wind flipped it and it continued taking on water. The ship straightened up slightly and then went down, he said.

But was it merely the case of a freak waterspout that knocked the ship to its side and allowed water to pour in through open hatches? What was the position of the keel, which on a large sailboat like the Bayesian might have been retractable to allow it to enter shallower ports?

''There's a lot of uncertainty as to whether it had a lifting keel and whether it might have been up,'' said Jean-Baptiste Souppez, a fellow of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects and the editor of the Journal of Sailing Technology. ''But if it had, then that would reduce the amount of stability that the vessel had, and therefore made it easier for it to roll over on its side,'' he said in an interview.

The captain of the sailboat that rescued survivors said his craft sustained minimal damage — the frame of a sun awning broke — even with winds that he estimated reached 12 on the Beaufort wind scale, which is the highest hurricane-strength force on the scale.

He said he had remained anchored with his engines running to try to maintain the ship's position as the forecast storm rolled in.

''Another possibility is to heave anchor before the storm and to run downwind at open sea,'' Karsten Borner said in a text message. But he said that might not have been possible for the Bayesian, given its trademark 75-meter (246-foot) tall mast.

''If there was a stability problem, caused by the extremely tall mast, it would not have been better at open sea,'' he said.

Yachts like the Bayesian are required to have watertight, sub-compartments that are specifically designed to prevent a rapid, catastrophic sinking even when some parts fill with water.

The underwater search continued in dangerous and time-consuming conditions. Because of the wreck's depth, which requires special precautions, divers working in pairs could only spend about 12 minutes at a time searching, though reinforcements outfitted with special equipment to enable longer dives were on the wreck Wednesday.

In all, some 27 divers took rotations, including four who helped with recovery after the 2012 Costa Concordia disaster off Tuscany. They called the Porticello wreck a ''little Concordia,'' fire crews said in a statement.

The limited dive time was aimed in part at avoiding decompression sickness, also known as the ''bends,'' which can occur when divers stay underwater for long periods and ascend too quickly, allowing nitrogen gas dissolved in the blood to form bubbles.

''The longer you stay, the slower your ascent has to be,'' said Simon Rogerson, the editor of SCUBA magazine. He said the tight turnaround time suggested the operation's managers were trying to limit the risks and recovery time after each dive.

''It sounds like they're operating essentially on no decompression or very tight decompression, or they're being extremely conservative,'' he said.

Divers were also working with debris floating around them, limited visibility and air tanks on their backs.

''We are trying to advance in tight spaces, but any single thing slows us down,'' said Luca Cari, spokesman for the fire rescue service. ''An electric panel could set us back for five hours. These aren't normal conditions. We're at the limit of possibility.''

Winfield reported from Rome and Kirka from London. Associated Press journalists Trisha Thomas in Rome; Andrea Rosa in Porticello; and Anika Kentish in St. John's, Antigua, contributed to this report.

This story has been corrected to reflect that Thomas was born in Canada, not Antigua.

A neighbour of Mike Lynch has paid tribute to him and his family following the confirmation of the tech tycoon's death today.

Ruth Leigh said despite Mr Lynch and his wife Angela being "wealthy, influential people" they "never put any airs or graces on" in the 15 years she knew them.

Mrs Leigh described how Mr Lynch was a valued member of their village community and would give a Remembrance Day reading at the local church every year.

"From the start they were fantastic neighbours, very friendly," she told Sky News.

"In this very small, rural community, everybody knows everybody, and Mike from the very start made a point of getting to know everybody.

"He maintained fences, extended the estate, looked after the menagerie, and really invested in the place.

"One of the first things we noticed about Mike and Angela was that even though they are wealthy, influential people, they never put any airs or graces on.

"They'd always take the trouble to remember your name and ask after your partner or children. They didn't have to do that. We had a great deal of respect for them."

She added: "They touched a lot of people. They were well thought of, kind, generous, hospitable people."

With the search for Mr Lynch's 18-year-old daughter Hannah Lynch still ongoing, Mrs Leigh said she can't imagine what Mrs Lynch and her other daughter, 21-year-old Esme, are going through.

"Angela is alive, which is wonderful, and Esme wasn't on the boat, I don't think," she added.

"But to hear that, our own child has turned 18 and just got their A-level results, words fail me, what Angela must be going through. I can't articulate what that must be like."

The chief executive of Cancer Research UK has added to the tributes paid to Mike Lynch after confirmation of his death today.

Michelle Mitchell said: "We are deeply saddened to hear of the death of Mike Lynch and all those who have been affected by this tragedy.

"Together with his wife, Angela, Mike was a valued donor to Cancer Research UK and a member of the board for our Create the Change campaign, which funded the building of the Francis Crick Institute.

"His support has helped to bring leading scientists together under one roof to tackle the biggest health challenges faced by humankind, including cancer.

"Our sincerest condolences go out to all the families affected."

Mike Lynch's daughter Hannah Lynch remains missing after the sinking of the yacht off the Sicily coast, an Italian government official has said.

Rescue workers have been searching for six people who were unaccounted for after the disaster on Monday.

Five bodies have been brought to shore and identified in the past day - among them Mr Lynch.

However his 18-year-old daughter, Hannah, has not yet been found, Massimo Mariani, an interior ministry official, has said.

He said she may be inside the wreck or could have been thrown into the sea as the boat sank.

A friend and former business partner of Mike Lynch has described him as "witty, loyal" and a "glorious professional companion".

In a fresh tribute, David Tabizel, who co-founded Autonomy with Mr Lynch, said: "RIP my friend Mike Lynch. He was exhausting, exhilarating and incisive.

"A witty, loyal polymath with a mind like a razor blade. A glorious professional companion and true friend. Britain's Bill Gates? Not really. Britain's Steve Jobs. The father of modern AI."

Mr Tabizel said that if he had survived, Mr Lynch would have gone on to achieve "even greater things".

He called him the "rarest of entrepreneurs" who had "big ideas constantly".

It's "probable" that Hannah Lynch will be found somewhere inside the Bayesian, a senior oceanography lecturer has told Sky News.

Divers are still searching for the teenager, who is the final passenger from the yacht still unaccounted for.

There are working theories that her body might not be inside the yacht, though Simon Boxall, a senior lecturer in oceanography at the University of Southampton, says this is unlikely.

"It's probable she is somewhere in the boat," Mr Boxall told Sky News.

"Sadly, I think this is a recovery rather than a rescue mission.

"Now there is a faint chance that she was thrown from the boat and is in the water. But there's been an incredibly intensive search for people, for bodies, after the incident, and it's unlikely.

"The most likely thing is that she will be found eventually within the boat as they work their way through."

Asked about the timeframe in which the Bayesian could be raised from the seabed, Mr Boxall said this would need to happen during a "calm weather window", likely later in autumn.

Six bodies have been found after a superyacht sank off the coast of Sicily.

Twenty-two people were on board the vessel named Bayesian when it got into difficulty in the early hours of Monday, with 15 people rescued.

But what might have caused the sinking? Here's what we know so far:

Silicon Valley and the tech world as a whole is reacting with "a lot of shock" to the news of Mike Lynch's death, a journalist has said.

New York Times business reporter Michael de la Merced said the British billionaire had been "planning a comeback" since his acquittal in a US fraud trial two months ago.

"He had already been supervising some research in artificial intelligence," Mr de la Merced told Sky News.

"A lot of people had expected him to become more prominent.

"He likes being an influential voice on technology and a lot of people were expecting him to, again, assume a bigger role."

Mike Lynch's Autonomy co-founder has paid tribute to him, saying "the world has lost a genius".

In a post before his body was confirmed to have been recovered, David Tabizel said: "It looks like we've lost our dear Dr Mike Lynch. RIP. The world has lost a genius. His family have lost a giant of a man."

The chairman of the Francis Crick Institute described Mr Lynch as a "human being of great ability", while technology industry group TechUK said the businessman was "a hugely significant and pioneering figure in the UK technology sector".

Details have emerged of the 22 people who were on board the superyacht that sank off the coast of Sicily.

The British-flagged vessel named Bayesian was carrying 12 passengers and 10 members of crew when it got into difficulty in the early hours of Monday.

Six people are now confirmed to have died, with one still missing. The other 15 people on board were rescued.

Here's what we know about those who were on the yacht:
