Our graduates are working on superyachts around the world, and our reputation for crew training adheres to world recognised governing bodies such as the RYA (Royal Yachting Association), MCA (Maritime Coast Guard Agency) and the Marshall Island Registry ensuring our courses give a good foundation for safety protocols on board, strong work ethics and expectations about the high standards required to succeed in the industry.

You can book crew training courses to match pre-requisites, your existing skill level and your calendar. We provide experienced, qualified instructors for all courses including STCW training, RYA Powerboat Level 2, RYA Yachtmaster courses, Interior Training, Jet Ski Training and more.

RYA Powerboat Level 2

Course: Powerboat Level 2 Duration: 2 Days Cost: €460 per person

Course Information: The RYA Powerboat level 2 is a two-day entry level course, that provides the skills and background knowledge needed to drive a powerboat up to 10 meters in familiar waters. The course is 85% practical and taught on a 6.5 RIB with 3 persons maximum per course. The course focuses on low speed close quarters handling, man overboard recovery, an introduction to driving at planing speed, and collision regulations. No previous experience is required and the minimum age is 12 (Candidates under the age of 16 will be issued with an endorsed certificate). After the course you are expected to be a self-sufficient powerboater in the right conditions, aware of own limitations and those of craft

Power Boat Level 2, Course Information The RYA Power Boat level II course is the most suitable qualification for those who want to drive yacht tenders, ribs and speed boats. For those who want to work on a yacht it will increase your chances of securing yacht work if you have obtained the RYA Power Boat level II certificate. The RYA Powerboat Level II course is a great starting point to power boating and gives you a chance to learn about boat handling, crew rope work, close quarters handling, high speed manoeuvres, man overboard recovery and collision regulations along with basic navigation, passage planning, pilotage and weather. 85% of the RYA Power Boat level II course is practical and hands on giving you as much practical experience as possible, with 15% class room orientated over a two day period. The RYA Powerboat level II course is our most popular course in Antibes, on the French Riviera and is very popular within the yachting and pleasure boat community.
