1971 Airstream Tradewind Landyacht Twin – 23,000 or best reasonable offer We rescued this in July 2020 from my grandfather’s barn where it had been for 20 years. He owned from 1974, as the second owner.

2020 upgrades: New wheel bearings & tires New floors New denim chenille upholstery New interior paint and backsplash Refrigerator was replaced just before going into barn storage, so 20 years old/but kinda new – works great! Led lights inside.

Condition: A/C works. Plumbing will need some repairs and propane needs to be checked before refilling. Bathroom is not currently in use but is fully in-tact. We have a temporary platform and cubby in there now for a child to sleep on with a pet underneath. Awning is Blue with white trim… adorable and in great shape. It’s a beautiful camper. One dent that could be pulled out that’s been there for decades when my grandfather backed it into something. It’s been to Savannah, Naples, and Lake Jocassee in the past six months which has given my large family the camping bug, so sadly, going to try to sell to buy a bigger camper for more inside sleeping.

We bought this 1971 Vintage Airstream Safari Land Yacht 23 foot trailer from a prior owner in Louisiana in 2005. We have towed this all over the USA and Canada, and made priceless memories with our family! This vintage 23 foot trailer with double axles is hard to find. It is the perfect size for a family of four and easy to tow and park. We hate to sell “Silver”, but the necessary repairs and/ or restoration are more than we have time to do (needed repairs listed below). We have a clean title, and it is currently registered in Tennessee. Pet and smoke free. Located near Cookeville, TN.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION: No leaks. Spare tire is included. Weight Distribution Hitch is attached. Private split floor plan with a double bed in the front and the back and bathroom in the rear. Plenty of original closet and drawer space in the back. Original folding privacy panels between bedroom / kitchen/ bathroom still shut with a magnetic closure but are in poor condition. 200w Solar panel installed on roof works (but needs new converter as mentioned below). The original gas stove works great, but the oven does not work. The newer refrigerator only works on 110 volt (unsure why). The gas water heater tank was replaced in 2020 and works fine. The toilet was replaced in 2005 and works fine. The shower hose connects to the sink with an on/off valve and works. The wheel bearings and brakes were replaced in 2010. The original rims have been replaced with newer Airstream rims. The electric trailer jack is broken and requires manual power (we use a drill). The main electric cord works fine, however please note picture of cord with electric tape. The air conditioner and both ceiling fans work. The original Airstream screen door is in good condition and needs to be re-mounted. The aluminum skin dents are mostly around the bottom, but are as shown in the pictures. The front bed has lots of storage space inside the bottom of the dinette seats.

REPAIRS NEEDED: New converter, new batteries, replace/ rewire two or three light fixtures and electric plugs that don’t work, new heating system, new water pump, replace a few pex pipe fittings, replace kitchen sink faucet, new black water tank or replace valve (occasionally drips from the valve), new window and door seals, new electric jack (works manually), re-mount screen door, missing one window screen, one single window latch is broken, the original table top mount is missing for the dinette in the front.

In 1854, the Kazakh Steppe under the jurisdiction of Western Siberian Governorship is divided into two administrations: the Region of Siberian Kyrgyzs and Semipalatinsk Region. In 1868, the aforementioned two regions are transformed into three, Akmolinsk, Semipalatinsk and Semirechinsk, still included in the Western Siberian Governorship. Omsk becomes the capital of Akmolinsk Region (side note: Akmola, renamed into Astana, is the current capital of Kazakhstan ). In 1878, the Coat of Arms of Akmolinsk region was defined: the old Arms of Siberian Kyrgyzs , surrounded by golden oak branches with red acorns enveloped in red Alexander Band. Russian Imperial crown rests at the top. In 1882, the Western Siberian Governorship is dissolved.
